Ядовитую ловушку они сделали по быстрому и продали ни в чем не виновным людям. ППС это отрава которую использовать не изолированную нельзя. Запайка должна быть как минимум в полиэтилен полностью каждый лист ппс. тут тупо пол и стены.и немного замазки по щелям.

At a closer look. Looks like the sips have cementboards instead of osb as you normally see. Very Good design. Air and water tight. Ingenous I would say.

In Germany, floor plates with steel reinforcement are mostly used. But to take piles (stilts) as foundation offers the advantage to be able to build in swampy areas. (DeepL)

Se mira algo fácil para quien lo a trabajado y muy bonito todo ..pero en lugares donde hay o se forman tornados son muy frágiles me imagino..Saludos buen video y excelente trabajo en equipo

But yet, they wear sandals on a construction site. Major mistake, because the moment some 3kg hard object falls onto them (which always will), you risk crushing some of over 20 bones inside your foot. That will make your life a living nightmare for months!

If only UK builders could work like these. Utmost respect for these people.

SIP construction ( structural insulated panels ) has been used in Canada for at least 40+ years. They are a more energy efficient way of building homes but structurally are often not as strong as a framed home. One more thing, in a colder climate you need more insulation in a floor than in the walls and more than twice as much in the attic or ceiling.

This winter: snow 70 cm on the roof, at night - 22 degrees. Walls/floor/roof of 150 mm insulation - everything is fine! I live in Russia

Yeah too many screws used where nails would be stronger and not snap like screws with movement.

How long did it take to do all the foundations? What is the 'life expectancy' / Warranty on the Foam inside the panels? What timber are you using/ is it aged or kiln dried? or fresh / green? How long does the rubber roofing remain waterproof? Anything going over this? >Gradient? > Run off? > Guttering?

Дом будет теплый однозначно,ровный,для штукатурки это только одни плюсы,интересно эти сип плиты какую держат нагрузку(про потолки)?думаю если одноэтажный если делать из таких плит,будет все надежнее,и нагрузки меньше:)

Всё бы ничего,вопрос сколько этот дом простоит..?) Утеплить его ещё можно.

Про нагрузку на кровлю должны быть цифры, наверняка рассчитано. По поводу воды, вы уклон крыши не заметили?

@@ARiderus уклон увидел, а слив нет, если он позднее планируется, есть риск что его снеговой нагрузкой оторвет. Мне больше нравится решение, когда уклон собирает воду к центру дома, а оттуда вода попадает в тёплую канализацию

Скажу как кровельщик по мягкой рулонной кровле : - Технониколь, как кровельный материал - сильно уступает по качеству и длительности эксплуатации, чем филизол. Хотя, филизол стоит несколько дороже, но он того стоит. Здесь, или заказчик, или исполнители, решили сэкономить, а зря, скажется ещё..

Я в ауе)))люди собирают обычным дешманским инструментом и не парятся ))) молодцы так держать))

Не фанера, а цементно-стружечная плита. Даже если была бы ОСП, что с ней случится? На крышах и полах используют, а на стенах нельзя?

Very nice but I didn't see the part where you put electrical wires, I know it's a construction video but I am kinda curious about it.

This "tech" is close to a hundred years old. You might even be living in such a house right now. It's just one way of building structures, it isn't the most efficient or the strongest or the best at anything else. Although foam-core panels gained attention in the 1970s, the idea of using stress skinned panels for construction began in the 1930s.
