Those panels are called stress skin panels in the new England area , super efficient .order them for different r values .pretty slick system and the builders were very professional. Plenty of adhesive , very neat for that kind of adhesive .

We call them SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) here in the states. But yes, great way to build and if you design the home out with SIP panel construction in mind, you can send the plans to the panel manufacturers, have the windows and doors and whatever else you need, cut. Panels arrive ready to go.

As a Chinese, I am very envious of the possibility of building a house on their own. We can only buy a apartment using 30 year's debt. We pay much debt interest to the bank, but ownership of the apartment is only 70 years. Building a house here is illegal, we have no choice. What a pity.

@@andrianotarantino3699 Щитовые дома в деревнях были уже в 60х или даже раньше. Делали такие дома из за нехватки леса. Так что не пишите, если не знаете. Эти дома не ценились и этот дом дерьмо. Только для дачи.

How strong and durable are these houses, say in a 100mph storm??? They look very durable but I would love to see #’s and ratings on the materials/capacities/weight per sq. foot.. especially in areas like the kitchen where u have very heave appliances.. etc.. thank you 4 posting, love it, love the simplicity and ease of application!

Google SIPS Construction System for your answers. Remember, this is just the structure like wood studs. The finishes provide durability and the structure is VERY strong, like reinforced masonry.

Работяги молодцы. Но хочется увидеть готовый дом в котором уже живут люди пару лет. Ведь в таком доме нужно очень хорошо и правильно сделать електрику и сантехнику отопление это не кирпичь не поштробиш. Хорошо бы обясть все пункты. Иначе такое просто пугает.

Это детский балаган. Строили для прикола. На третий день ночью соседские ребятишки бегали в него в курить и не затушили бычёк. Через три часа этот шалаш превратился в золу, и то немного.

@@user-yw9gr9kc7t 8 лет живу в таком. Изменения в целостности не наблюдаются. Теплопотерь нет от слова совсем. Максимальная температура -37 дома в это время 20 при этом котел не напрягался даже. Дом 2 этажа. 150квадратов

Ребята, это отличный недорогой вариант для регионов, когда очень ограничен бюджет и время, быстро построили и ты заехал жить уже через один месяц, главное подготовить коммуникации заранее, подвод электричества, воды и канализации. Внутри можно уже жить и доделывать своими силами. Либо обои либо вагонку, либо гипсокартон в один слой или два, либо просто лаком покрыть красиво, либо ламинат сейчас модно на стены. Позже подкопить и можно кирпичом облицовочным покрыть для большей Ветровой устойчивости и тепла и красоты.

I have been looking at many types of building systems. This looks to be the easiest by far. Another good one is gablock, but far more complicated.

Only framing I recognize was the roof rafters. Very cool.

да конечно никак... и ураганы тут не причем. Температурные расширения и сжатие - вот основная проблема нашего климата. Еще сырость. Перекосы, щели... без несущего каркаса жестокости вообще никак. Даже в каркаснике есть каркас, худо-бедно держит, а тут собрали но монтажную пену и саморезы... ну ппц-же, 3 кита строительства - монтажная пена, двусторонний скотч и пластиковые стяжки. Чего только не наобещают лишь-бы продать. Тьфу...

Классно, молодцы, так слаженно и чисто. Профессионалы!!! 💞💞💞

It's in Russia, not im Canada. You can't use this method to build a shed in Canada. Frameless construction will collapse before wind blows it away. Waisted plywood.

Ребятки, всё это красиво конечно, но! - обратная сторона "медали", - "ОСБ",( фанерные листы) - не благоприятно влияют на здоровье и самое главное - это будет музыкальный дом, потому как пенопласт от перепадов температуры начинает играть и вы будете постоянно слушать скрипы в доме. Я лепил эти домики), для дачи, или базы отдыха - пойдёт, а жить в них - увольте))

I like SIP construction, but would prefer MgO sheathing rather than OSB. Another detail I'd like to see is using the SIPs for the roof.

especially since they're doing 'em instead of a slab for the foundation...

As an architect from Europe I have chills thinking about how thin those walls are. They basically only have 1 layer of protection because the plywood is so thin. Here we usually do 2 layers of heat proof material (2 walls of brick usuallly) with an air gap and an insulating material layer. They are basically half meter walls if they are in contact with the exterior.

@Nuno Silva, Here in Canada (temps as low as -50C) we have been building houses with 4" studs (2'x4"x8ft) for dozens (or at least 70-80) years, with plywood exterior and drywall (gypsum board) interior walls. The outside is then clad with a weather wrap and finished typically with either vinyl, wood or metal siding. The space between the plywood and the drywall is filled with fibreglass batts for insulation with a 4-6mil plastic mositure guard film before the drywall is installed. For the past 20-30 years the wallls are now built with 6" studs for thicker insulation; the rest is still the same. Half meter thick waalls are so ...18th century! LOL As an architect it may be (past?) time for you to discover other building materials and techniques. ;)

@@tazm1945 You say that, but wait until you go into southern europe during summer and you have 60cm walls providing insulation from the sun. You will be as relaxed inside that home as in a hottub in winter :). dont discount old practices just because they are old. if you always look for inovation you will never see they beauty and functionality of whats tried and tested

I was merely expanding on your concern about how thin the walls seemed; they are typical and "normal" all across Canada (and the U.S. too!) for house construction. We have newer looking houses but want "old looking" furniture!! LOL

What are you protecting from? Gunfire? Bears? The plywood sheathing in this case is mainly used to hold in the insulation layer and as a nailing surface for the exterior decorative siding. It's not meant for protection. Are you guys building war bunkers over there for no reason?

probably old fashioned tar ... was ok in the 1960's ... completely forbidden now, at least in North America (probably also Western Europe) ... I loved the stuff, used it a lot 40 years ago

А мне понравилось! СИП панели похоже изготавливались под заказ? Как устроены половые, какие в этих панелях усилители? Бригада дело знает! Норки можно лечить применяя сверло и пену. А диагностику можно делать с помощью простой медицинской " слушалки" (фонендоскоп). Жду остальные части. Лайк!
