Isaac, Thank you. A few questions about water management in and around the house: 1 -How do you prevent water from sipping underneath the floors once the house is finished and the floors being damped? ( I see the plastics around the poles...do you cove the rest of the soil with these plastics?) What other techniques are appropriate? 2 - I see in the finished houses that they have some outside brick/concrete finished barrier around (not sure the name)... What is the purpose of these? 3 - What are the best techniques to prevent foundation erosion since the "traditional concrete foundation" is not present? We would really appreciate your comments on the above or maybe do a special on them. Thank you in advance
