Ash I completely get you with the vaping thing, I was a big vaper for years, ever before any of the disposable ones came out, so a good 6 years I was vaping, in the last year I started feeling out of breathe just sitting down and had like a constant cough and rattle in my lungs, that was enough for me to stop cold turkey and it’s been 132 days since and feel so much better already, I can walk further distances without getting out of breath and just all round happier ☺️ biggest takeaway from this is to stop cold turkey, you will keep feeding into the addiction if you have toke here and there. It was hard for the 1st week then after that I had no more cravings, hope this helps
