The docter is complety normal, he uses a knife to do surgery and the heaving breathing is because he is nervous, this happens alot on their first patient.

@@0Yvonne0 Surgeon's(not doctors though that is just nitpicky) do not do surgery outside of the OR because of the possibility for contamination. Unless the patient is likely to die right then and there unless they perform some operation they wait until they enter a sterile environment because if they don't the patient will likely die of infection anyway.

Great video, Nano! I play this game vicariously through your videos since I've never been able to play GTA V multiplayer without it being an extremely laggy and terrible experience. I tried GTA V online for the first time when it launched on PC and I didn't play for more than thirty minutes as my experience was the most insanely laggy mess I'd ever seen in an online game. I waited a year before trying it for the second time and nothing had changed no matter how low my ping was (500 Mbps), the game was still an insanely laggy mess. I then waited until 2019 to try it for a third time and it was the same insanely laggy experience I had the first two times no matter how low my ping was, no matter which server I tried playing on, no matter how many players were in the server, no matter how close the server was and it was still just as terrible and laggy even though my bandwidth was then a stable 1.0 Gbps with extremely low latency. It wasn't the fault of my PC hardware either, every time I tried playing it was on a very powerful gaming PC far exceeding the recommended or even ideal top specifications required to run above 60 FPS at the maximum quality for all graphical settings. I still don't understand how Rockstar, one of the largest, most talented, and highest funded game development companies in the world couldn't ever figure out how to fix GTA V online when most other large multiplayer games developed by smaller studios perform immeasurably better.
