I think buying a house feels more adult because anyone can have a kid (we’ve seen teenagers have kids lol) BUT, not everyone (most people) cannot buy/afford a house! Congrats you two! ❤️🎉

I don't think I've ever heard a creator literally thank US for (in this case buying them a house). Other creators tell us that we mean alot to them, and other stuff like that, but have never said "thank you for buying us this house" they realize that we are the reason they make a livable income off KZread, and it seemed really genuine. You and Abby are awesome.

It was just really nice for him to say "thank you for buying us this house" knowing it's because of us viewers why they make a livable income from KZread. It was nice to hear. I've never heard another creator say it before. Most creators say they appreciate us, love us, and other things like that, but never thanking us for the things they were able to buy because of their income from KZread. I've never heard it at least lol.

Yes we pay them for watching there videos. Probably. 6000$ a month. A check comes in from Facebook there doing good. And they know it pluse they have bought a flip house not kuch information on it. Its being completely remolded. Im proud of them.

Congratulations! Your first house is so exciting. We’re still in our first house we bought 12 yrs ago. It was a struggle but God worked it out & we actually bought at the perfect time when houses were cheap. We live in SoCal so yeah.. everything is normally outrageous here. Anyway, love that your families are coming to celebrate. Furniture isn’t important in the grand scheme. Also huge respect for waiting on your gender reveal. You guys have your priorities right so kudos!

I’m a realtor and I just put in an offer for 80k above list. Getting a house for list price is favor from God right there! ❤️

We bought our first house a couple of years ago when we were 24 and I had the exact same feeling of "is this real" and feeling so adult, so I totally get how you guys feel... congrats!!

congrats!! We just bought a home and feel overwhelmed and lucky too! I loved when you guys did budget breakdown videos in hawaii! If you ever have time or want to do that for Arizona I’d love it! We always are re doing our budget and I love seeing how people save!

Congratulations!! You will have so much fun decorating and choosing stuff. Coming up on my 1st anniversary as a homeowner- advice... Get good home and content insurance. Get white good cover/warranties on things like vacuums as well as washers & fridges! Buy a bigger bed than you think you need- and make sure you buy duvets a size bigger! If you have lots of decor pillows on your bed…. Make sure there’s a chair to throw them on at night! Be Happy & every joy to you and Abby’s Lump!

So excited for ya'll! I'm also pregnant with my first baby, about two weeks behind Abby. My husband and I bought our first house in Austin, and we're moving in in May. I'm sure myself and Abby will both experience nesting on a whole new level!

That's so exciting! Buying a house is such an exciting and stressful thing. I definitely understand it making you feel like an adult. My husband and I closed on our first home 3 weeks before our wedding day. It's a small 900 Sq ft home, but its perfect for where we are in life. Congratulations you guys, this springs back so many memories of my first house there a purchased it sometimes felt very overwhelming, but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. This is the American dream. To live in a place that you can call your own, to be able to paint it the color you wanna paint it to improve it however you want to improve it.
