But the inspo pic she supplied didn't have a smooth ombre look!

The cake board is usually taped to the bottom so that it won’t move around during any transportation. And then when you eat the cake you open it from the sides by breaking down the side of the box. Then you can store it back in the box in the fridge when you’re done.

Celiac here. They do taste very different. I've noticed chocolate desserts good their moisture longer & is more forgiving. Anything else takes a bit of skill to make. And the same thing can taste very different baker to baker. I'd love to watch this too!

Your joint screams of delight are everything. Btw, I learned from Ina Garten that if you add a little coffee to a chocolate cake, it intensifies the chocolate flavour. It works with everything chocolate - cake, frosting, pudding, hot chocolate. A little thing that makes a big difference.

Wow! These ALL look amazing 🤩 I prefer the whipped cream frosting over buttercream because it’s not too rich/sweet, but that’s probably why the unicorn cake wasn’t as “buttery” but you still loved the taste. I’ve ordered a few cakes before for graduations and parties and they usually price them based on diameter, height and decorations. I’d say the second cake could serve more than 8-10 people because 1 tall slice could easily be 2!

French butter (especially on west coast and in Bretagne) is the best butter in the World! And you should try salted one it’s amazing, especially in sweet recipes! 😍

It's so fun watching cake-eating, haha! The bakeries all did outstanding jobs but the way Mia eats the blue/chocolate cake makes me know that it's the best one. I think I would love the lighter texture fluffy icing as opposed to the more rich buttercream type so now I wish I knew how they made the frosting for the unicorn cake! Do more of these types of videos, it was so fun to watch!

I think my favorite would be the unicorn in looks and taste. It's so darn cute and I love a more whipped frosting. But the funfetti actually looked really yummy too, I love vanilla. The bear was adorable also. They all came out so nice.
