We looked at condos there but decided against it because of the bay doesnt have a good beach. With all the fishing boats coming in we called it cutfish bay.

Love it ❤❤❤

Stayed in resort la Hoya mismayloya yrs ago. Was a great resort and area. Had dinner at restaurant Burton and Taylor was in "night of iguana". Enjoy!

I noticed there was no discussion of the HOA/maintenance fee. In Puerto Vallarta they just keep escalating to the point of impracticality for a condo.

That's good and bad... the Good for the Consumer and seller... the Bad is it drives up Prices for Mexican that don't have the privilege of coming up with that type of money.

Make sure the title is clear......Mexico have (2) standard....you own the house...not the land...this is why is so cheap

Hi Christian. Good morning. Thank you for writing back. Currently in Mexico, a foreign individual can purchase the property through a trust (Fideicomiso) if the property is within the Restricted Zone (50 kilometers from the coastline or 100 kilometers from the international border) or have direct title if the property is outside of the Restricted Zone. The trust has a term of 50 years, which is renewable. The long term irrevocable bank trust is privately held in a Mexican bank authorized to act as a trustee. The property is not an asset of the bank, nor are banks allowed to take any action without written instruction from the beneficiary of the trust. The bank holds title to the real estate in trust, and the foreigner is designated as the holder of the beneficial rights of the trust, which includes the right to sell, improve, and will to heirs, or exercise any legal right under law. I hope this helps.

@@TanielChemsian Great professional reply to a slightly uninformed quip. Nice place they have. We just bought new, in Golden Zone Bucerias, in the similar price range...and I thought our view was great. Theirs/this one is pretty unique/amazing w/the mtns and ocean!

I'm sorry but these people must not worry about cash I mean if that place was that bad why would you even buy it for 200,000 dollars it's Mexico you can find deals but then they put all that money into renovations I don't think it was a great deal at all lol not for mexico Maybe if you are in the United States then that might have been a deal. But no, and then they give that tiny small room to those kids😅,that's sad 😢
