It was a joy for me to go with Dame Billie to visit her Godmother in the QEH a few year ago on one of my visits home. I share her love for the library and getting the dips on the Enid Blyton Books. To experience what she is talking about purchasing from a store in Bridgetown, visit Abeds in Swan Street, Bridgetown, they have preserve the "cash boy" effect.
I remember Billie as being a very sweet, quiet girl at Q.C.....did not know she lived in Brighton the same years as me and my family.......
