it's nothing like paramore it is much better, WATIC is Best music that i heared this year.

I finally decided to listen to the entire album of Best Intentions after listening to Rumor Mill about two months ago, and I have to say, I love them. They're something new but at the same time, something I'm familiar with because they have a female vocalist and they have a male vocalist which I love. So to all of those saying they are like Paramore, they aren't/

Why is there always a freaking discussion between 2 bands ? Just enjoy the music of them BOTH!

WATIC is WATIC, Paramore is Paramore, any other band is their own band! They are all unique, and there's no need to compare them. All that matters is if you like them or not. If you do, then good! If you don't, then go listen to something else instead of filling up the comments section with negative crap that their fans don't want to hear or particularly about. WATIC definitely sounds different than Paramore, so I don't understand why people are saying they copied off Paramore.

i dont understand why everyone is so upset about them being compared to paramore? theyre the same genre of music. of course they're going to be compared. do you compare four year strong to set your goals? fuck yes you do. besides, im sure theyre stoked to be in the same category of awesome that paramore is, stop being fanboys.

@EMAREEokay While I immediately thought of Tonight We Feel Alive as well, there's so much more to the song, and it's not exactly the same. Yeah, the chords are pretty damn close, but still. You'd be surprised at the thousands of good songs that consist of G,C,Am, F. It's all about the little differences, not the similarities.

Hey can we STOP COMPARING AND LISTEN TO THE AWESOME MUSIC? Firstly the amount of singers in a band does NOT make them better or worse each band is diferent, unique I personally just found out about this band and love them i ALSO love paramore

@Siimon204 I disagree that Tonight Alive and Paramore sound the same. Hayley's voice is lower pitch and Jenna's is higher pitch (plus Whak actually sings in a few if any songs of TA's). And besides that, they are all in the same genre, pop punk, so wouldn't they sound somewhat the same?? In my opinion, TA and WATIC are my favorite compared to Paramore. maybe if they went back to their AWKIF and RIOT! I'd follow them again :D

@DanceWeSteal I meant musically, Tonight Alive is MORE LIKE Paramore than WATiC. WATiC is quite different musically. Tonight Alive and Paramore doesn't sound alike anymore though, their newer music isn't pop punk anymore, which is sad.

I actually find her sound more like the female version of Mayday Parade, Tonight Alive though, that sounds just like Paramore. Not hating cause both TA and WARIC kills Paramore in every way (maybe not vocal capabilitie tho, Hayley has pretty good range live)

Haters will say they sound like Paramore, but true fans will say they sound better.

It's disrespectful to compare any band/artist to any other band. Most bands want to have a unique sound and comparing them to someone else is making them feel disappointed. I also adore Paramore and We Are The In Crowd, but they sound very little alike.

Comparisons are easily done once you've had a taste of perfection. *thinking of you* Still Paramore is better than WATIC. Can't you see, WATIC is being compared to Paramore not Paramore to WATIC. It only means, Paramore is near perfection! We'll get there. I love WATIC though. :))

This is so stupid. Why is everyone comparing bands to Paramore? Who cares who they sound like. Does anyone ever listen to music because it is an art? Do not decided how good a band is by comparing them to someone else but by the music they create.

How about we not compare We Are The In Crowd to Paramore. Because quite frankly I have never liked Paramore nor been a fan of them. In my opinion both of them have different sound. Well I agree with everyone about them not sounding like Paramore, because for one, the lead singer for WATIC is actually pretty decent, and Paramore sucks bawls. Sorry for the language, just putting my two cents out there.

I would also beg to differ, out of anything Pop Punk has opened the genre to a wider audience. I never would've gotten into classic Punk with having first listened to various Pop Punk acts.
