Can you imagine how cool it would have been if you had brought Cowboy Swagger to the Pendleton Round Up? That huge pattern would have been perfect for him to stretch out and fly through. Maybe next year?

HIS STRIDE WOULD BE INCREDIBLE FOR THAT! I've always wanted to see a TBMO horse run that pattern! I have a former race horse in our barn right now. It's a foul off of an sea biscuit foul.

YESSS but I'm pretty sure she is selling him after this. I have an OTTB that I'm planning on running at the next Pendleton round up and the bigger the pattern the faster he runs. I ran him on a Pendleton size barrel pattern and I was shocked because when I timed it he ran almost as fast as Fallon ran at the round up

I couldn't agree more with you there Susan! Those gorgeous retired/currently running racers are so majestic and beautiful!

I absolutely love they way Cowboy Swagger runs! He looks like he is hardly moving. Congratulations!!!

It looks like he is at an extended canter during the barrel race instead of a gallop like how baby flo attacks the barrel

Though this video was uploaded 6 months ago, I still think Cowboy Swagger is such a champion! He's so cute when he runs and I absolutely love his coat color! Again, though this was uploaded 6 months ago Cowboy Swagger is such a champ. Fallon if you ever see this, you did such an amazing job with him! I would love to see more of you with this type of makeover challenge in the future. You are such an amazing person and deserve all the love! I hope your horses appreciate how much love they get! You do so well with them! It is just breathtaking!

Congrats to you, you’ve done a wonderful work with him and a contribution to OTTB. I’ve seen so many good young horses going thru Killeen’s in US and it’s so sad. Here in Sweden we have Swedish warmblood in trot races and even if many fantastic dressage and show jumping are just Warmblood’s there are so many fantastic young horses killed every year for not trotting enough fast and clean. So I ended up with Dip. He is a rescuehorse, only 5yrs but he didn’t want to race according to the owner and trainer, so they gave him to me instead of slaughtering him. I don’t know what he’s going to be at his best in yet, time will tell that, what I do know is that he’s a sensitive little guy (ok, 163 cm high) from a famous US sire, Dream Vacation that’s going to be a perfect riding horse. Intelligent and a quick learner and so sweet. You can see him on my official Instagram, Useful Horsemanship. I just wished that it was some type of sponsorship or a makeover competition, that would save a lot of horses here in Sweden too.
