I so enjoyed this video Maria. The landscape of Norway is my most favorite in the world. I look at photos and imagine what it’s like. You give me that up front view that my heart so desires. It’s really nice to learn about the edible plants in nature. I have been learning and want to prepare food with it. The winter has been on-going here with feet of snow on the ground yet. No sign of Spring and it looks like January. ❄️🥶✌🏻💙💐🌳🪴

I am so glad you liked it. It is so beautiful, I feel very blessed whenever I travel around this country and get to see all the different landscapes. How cool you are learning about plants! I hope you will enjoy the cooking, and that spring will arrive at your door too very soon.

Such beautiful scenery! Loved watching your search for specific plants, it reminded me of graduate school and working on my M.S. in Botany. Endless hiking in gorgeous nature (it didn't feel like school work, lol). Have fun on your adventure!

As an American living in Fjaler, these videos are so nice to see! Maria, could you recommend any books in English that you think could serve as a guide to the plantlife in the area? Your videos have been so helpful, and I get the sense there is so much more to know.

Thats a great question, I have been trying to look into that a bit more lately. Unfortunately I don't have any at the moment. But in general I think Norway has a lot of the same plants as the UK. So a book from there would be useful if you were to look for one online. If I find one I will remember to share it in my videos!
