They do not... Bullshit fucker
I didn't know how tightly woven Ministry was with KMFDM. It makes total sense in retrospect. I just wish the friend who turned me on to Ministry back in the '90s had also introduced me to KMFDM. Pandora was my intro in 2014. I'm late to the party, but totally appreciate the music.

Megalomaniacal and harder than the rest
I'm a big fan especially of their 90s albums
I always wanted these guys to do a song with Public Enemy. Always thought that would be EPIC.
Lucia is so beautiful
Geez. Seeing Lucia almost in tears and in a dark place when she gets the call from Sascha was intense. An act of God for sure.
I was 12 when I went to my first KMFDM show, I'm now 41 and just got tickets for the 40th anniversary opener show in Milwaukee. Watching this though one thing is that I sure as hell wasn't expecting to shed some tears.. But I couldn't help it when Lucia started talking about her story. I can't fricken wait for Oct!
Anything to ger the word out for this German/European band. There is a level of musicianship and professionalism found in few bands these days and that is all due to Sascha. He's a great musician, songwriter, and helped along with Ministry create Industrial music, and how can you not like it? Both bands started about the same time but completely different indpepndent of each other. But the world needs this type of music to help keep it honest. Plus Rockin' good times.

found them by pure accident! no radio stations in USA ever played their stuff!
Great doc. I had the opportunity to interview Andy Selway ( drums ) and Steve White ( guitar ) on my radio show Pure Radio Kaos in Ottawa Canada during their Tohubavohu release. Great fun guys to chat with. It was their track " Light " that turned me on to KMFDM. I'm 65 and still love the band. Cheers..Prost..KMFDM Macht Frei.
I can’t put into words how much i love Sascha and the music he makes, absolutely best band to ever exist
Started listening in 91' with virus/more & faster ep! With them and Ministry i was in bliss. Got to meet Sascha and crew in 94' for the 'Angst' tour! KMFDM is simply the best!
I get into a trance with music. It pulls me out of really dark places. Or maybe it helps me actually feel pain without dissociating. Some really deep thoughts from Lucia Cifarelli 💜

A lot of my top favorite songs have Lucia singing on them. Sascha seriously made an immensely great moving bringing her on board. I fucking love this band so much and i dont know what i will do when they call it quits

Love them ,they are one of the greatest bands with really deep subjects that people don't want to understand or are afraid to
Love this band 😍 my son showed me these guys and girl when ever I hear them I think of Noel my first born 🙏
Ultra was first kmfdm song I ever heard thanks to streetfighter anime was amazing then next song I heard was megalomaniacal and from that moment I realized I had a new favorite band that makes music that causes you to think and I loved it. The band rocks and is also very deep. Love bands like this. Love depeche mode too even though very different vibes.
Sascha is not sascha without those glasses! The glasses are a part of his character he wouldn’t be the same without em
Toured with Raymond/Steve/Nick in 2019 in the US. Was great fun and all exceptional guys who are honestly just true professionals at their craft. I remember watching Nick meticulously restring, and intonate before every single show, and he did the entire tour with this little Peavy Bandit amp. Just goes to show you, professionals can make any gear or equipment sound amazing. I have so much respect for these guys as artists.

My band was spouse to open for KMFDM in Vegas about 5 years ago beyond disappointed it didnt happen they had to take us off the bill that day because the venue had some crazy sound issues and by the time they fixed it the show started really late. Really wanted to open for them
Thanks for the upload. Was searching KMFDM music videos and this popped up in the list.
Years ago when I served in the US Military, I bought a grip of KMFDM CD's off of their website. My address being an APO, it was obvious that I was in the service. When I received my CD's the box also contained stickers, album post cards, and a bunch of standard sheet of paper sized posters. Along with this was a hand written letter that said "KMFDM supports the troops enjoy the freebies." What a cool thing for any band to do, so from the bottom of my heart: KMFDM SUCKS!
I've always liked this band since I first saw an awesome album cover that caught my eye and I couldn't stop listening to it. Now, having seen this doc and each band member interviewed, I LOVE this band!!!
The first time I ever had a Jager Bomb, someone had just ordered one for him and Andy. I hated Jagermeister AND Red Bull. Turns out they are great together. Yes, I ordered one for me and Andy.
Drills first album is inspiration for life lol. 1995 baby.
It's so weird hearing them talk sometimes. Probably because I just listen to their music, and so only know how they sound that way. and 30 years. that's surreal!. they did take a break ish thing as MDFMK
This is an excellent retrospective, thank you.
Lol kill depeche mode made me lol so hard. Depeche mode got me into industrial music. Love depeche mode.

This is pretty good, thanks for your work. One thing though, sorry. Is there any way you can do something about the audio out of sync? Assuming it isn't just something on my end.
I first heard about kmfdm when nine inch nails remixed light, that very year too. Also when Pig was on nine inch nails record label Nothing.

Ha! I had heard OF NIN at the time, but that Light remix sold me on them. KMFDM was my gateway band to the Industrial Rock/Electro Industrial etc genres. Being a teenager sucks, but having kick ass bands to lean on sure helps!
Thanks for uploading this. Been dying to see this
XTORT was my intro and have been hooked ever since and unlike Ministry they weren't messing with heroin.

KMFDM IS BETTER THAN THE BEST!
Legends
First time I meat Sasha I was standing there with a friend next to the bus. not even realizing its the bus. I hear a window slide and a hey whats up. I turned around and there he was. I just handed him the joint. Must've been making a stunned face because he shot me this smile like you ok dude. snapped me out of it haha. I wouldn't ever bother a band, even as big a fan as I had been. I'm actually that guy with the kmfdm tattoos Lucia warned about. (just cover art Lucia no worries) had an amazing conversation, asked a million questions and heard some very cool stories. One about mdmfk era and that whole transition time period, when he and Tim dealt with the major record label. Oh, and they built a robot on Capital. Good stuff. Must've been Attack tour ? or the one before ? Featuring tour I believe actually. Fun memory,. Just saw them again last week for the 20+ time. They totally destroyed. really good show. gave me that feeling like when you are young and see a exceptional show. Haven't felt like that in years. KMFDM Sucks
Conceptual Continuity!
