@kelebogilemotlogelwa1582 Asazi but in the Zulu culture, if you take someone’s virginity you need to pay. That payment is for the girls mother. I do think that she’s getting married but not to Mpumelelo. Mpumelelo is paying for the damage he did coz it’s not the husband’s responsibility to pay for his wife’s virginity that he didn’t take. Which means that the wife’s mother won’t have a cow that’s basically thanking her for raising her daughter well. I could be wrong though.
