Al-Bukhari (1782) and Muslim (1256) narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to a woman from among the Ansar - Ibn ‘Abbas mentioned her name but I forgot it - “What kept you from performing Hajj with us?” She said: We only have two camels and the father of her son and her son had gone for Hajj on one camel, and he left us the other camel so that we could carry water on it. He said: “When Ramadan comes, go for ‘Umrah , for ‘Umrah in (that month) is equivalent to Hajj.”

Sahih al-Bukhari 1863 Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the Prophet (ﷺ) returned after performing his Hajj, he asked Um Sinan Al-Ansari, "What did forbid you to perform Hajj?" She replied, "Father of so-and-so (i.e. her husband) had two camels and he performed Hajj on one of them, and the second is used for the irrigation of our land." The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to her), "Perform `Umra in the month of Ramadan, (as it is equivalent to Hajj or Hajj with me (in reward).

Dawood doing umrah in Ramadan is like doing hajj with prophet Muhammad (SAW)

عن ابنِ عبَّاسٍ رضي اللَّه عَنْهُما قَالَ: "لَعَنَ رسُولُ اللَّه ﷺ المُخَنَّثين مِنَ الرِّجالِ، والمُتَرجِّلاتِ مِن النِّساءِ". وفي روايةٍ: "لَعنَ رسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ المُتَشبِّهين مِن الرِّجالِ بِالنساءِ، والمُتَشبِّهَات مِن النِّسَاءِ بِالرِّجالِ" رواه البخاري. 2/1632- وعنْ أَبي هُريْرةَ  قَالَ: "لَعنَ رسُولُ اللَّه ﷺ الرَّجُلَ يلْبسُ لِبْسةَ المرْأةِ، والمرْأةَ تَلْبسُ لِبْسةَ الرَّجُلِ" رواه أَبُو داود بإسنادٍ صحيحٍ.

Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Prophet ﷺ said, "(The performance of) 'Umrah during Ramadan is equal to Hajj (pilgrimage)". Or said, "Equal to the performance of Hajj with me". Al-Bukhari and Muslim. {Riyad as-Salihin 1278 (Book 10, Hadith 8) }

Here is the hadith: Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, the Umrah pilgrimage during Ramadan is equal to Hajj.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1782, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1256 Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (authenticity agreed upon) according to Al-Bukhari and Muslim
