No one is perfect even pep and klopp teams make mistakes,how many mistakes from Ederson and Allison, missing seaters from there strikers but still they find a way to win tactically they make changes and u can feel it and see it. Poch is doing what tactical thing do you see?? Only telling players to run and run, running ofcourse is important but it doesn't win you games especially on low block teams,You have to be tactically good yet poch isn't good in that

100% and he threw the players under the bus in his post match interview. He got it wrong again. It was painful to see that lineup and set up, sub's during a set play with mins to go. Oh my goodness it was really really painful. Could have gone on a run from Burnley onwards but yet again this manager threw the chance in the bin.

Think this result tells you more about Poch than the Man U game. The players can motivate themselves for the big games. For the others -when Poch needs to motivate them he just can’t.

He played Connor at LW today...because why? You're absolutely correct that playing in transition is the only thing we do well. That is 100% on Poch. I don't even know what we're trying to do in possession. Get the ball to Palmer? We rarely even play the ball to the left side. How often do we actually control the ball in their zone, passing it around looking for a run? That rarely happens. It's not because we lack talent to do so.

Top team doesn’t make the amount of mistake we make. Every game a player is making a mistake. That isn’t about the manager, but moreso players quality. I want to blame Poch but in reality you gotta blame the players like for example Poch trusted those subs to do their job and not concede, Badiashile needs to go on loan or sold cause how someone of that size sooo gentle and passive he literllay let someone shorter out jump him which led to that equalizer, we started off the season with what felt like a solid defense but rn it’s like we need to buy some new defenders or something cause it’s not clicking right

No stop that. Rudiger and Christensen were class. Tomori had legit pace and mobility. Stop with this Guehi geh shieet, he is mid. We let our experienced world class/semi world class players go and replace them with kids and some Chelsea fans thought we should improve? The delusion in this fanbase is real. Only thing to do now is wait. This season should have been a write off but fans believed in the player hype. Enzo fat argentinan midget is as mid as they come. He should not signed for a PL team, he just isn't that type of physicality to succeed in the PL. Our structure at the club has gone out the window.

It’s saddens me it’s come to this. I wasn’t a Poch fan from jump and I was hoping he would prove me wrong this whole time but it’s time to face the conclusion I came to after the Carabao cup final that Poch needs to go.

Wish we had started with the 3-5-2 system earlier on in the season, by now the players would have mastered the system and we would be hovering around top 4 easily. I have said it several times, the 3-5-2 suits the profile of players we have, it makes us control the game easily, hope the manager can continue with the 3-5-2 system from now on.

@@tonyabarnes4619 im not upset at madueke starting, i want him to play more, what im upset about is that a) madueke starts to the expense of palmer not playing the majority of the match in his best position, and b) exactly the fact that disasi never overlapped, why? no clue, better to have thrown gilchrist on who actually does overlap. the issue with this system is that it constantly brought a player out of the middle, be it jackson or palmer, to the right side to assist madueke which then led to a gap in the box with no one to pass to, just dancing around with the ball around the box until madueke did something himself, braindead tactics. as for the left side, i wont even mention that again, genuinely made me sick lol.

I can’t take any more of this. If gusto is injured, is our academy right back not good enough to play one game against Sheffield united just to give us balance. Madueke was so isolated in the right because disasi doesn’t support him. On the left, Gallagher instead of mudryk or Sterling. Gallagher kept coming inside as he naturally would and left cucurella as our only outlet down the left, so both flanks are essentially useless. Every single time the onus is on us to win and put ourselves in a good position, pochettino makes decisions to sabotage us.

I feel no matter how bad things get, you concisely talk about the game and the way we play better than most which is why you are my favourite youtuber. I think some of the other youtubers get so disillusioned they (probably understandably) deviate from talking about the match quite often, but you to just keep it on point which I love.

Yes it may not be the best circumstances at the moment, but can we appreciate the fact that we've gone unbeaten in at least the last six PL games?

I just realized that Poch is the main problem of the team. He makes it so hard for the team to be consistent. He plays the right players in the most difficult position for them to function. Gilcrest could have easily started instead of Disasi at RB. Then pair Disasi with Silver. Upfront, start Mudryk instead of Madueke for the balance or drop Gallagher and play both Mudryk and Madueke on flanks and Palmer plays through the middle. Badiashile has no biz in this game. He lacks initiative atm. He needs time to get back his form.

Disasi as a right back is awful, this team needs experience and good game management

Bipolar is the perfect word for it. It’s an exhausting team to follow as a fan. With the 3 minutes to go we really needed verbal organisation and a bunker mentality to see it out. They allow frantic situations to over run them, when other smarter sides know to break the game up and hold into the ball. It’s not good enough, there is no excuse for conceding that stupid goal. I sincerely hope we can keep hold of Palmer in the short to medium term, because he will get fed up with playing this bunch of incompetents.

He won't be sacked. He shouldn't be sacked unless a far superior option is available, just like Potter shouldn't have been sacked. Todd won't make the same mistake twice.

These owners will not sack Poch. They cannot sack him. They cannot afford to sack him. They messed up with FFP so they will have to keep him at least until the beginning of next season. These guys are looking to sell Reece James, Gallagher and Trev Chalaboh to offset the books for players that are coming in from a foreign country who does not know how to play football in the prem and who have little history with the club. Its a flawed model and we are in problems if the owners does'nt rethink their stratergy. Let me not even start on Poch. KZread isn't the place for that - but he is not the guy who will take Chelsea forward.

Poch needs to go for these last 8 games. Bring in an interim manager. Give March a chance. We already lost 10 points against relegated zone teams. The guy's subs are always unbalancing the flow or the game. He takes out everyone with legs and he brings in Paraplegics

I saw a video of an interview given by Poch, the summary of which is that he really does not really believe about having a football Philosophy. ‘When the player understands you are working for them, it’s not about Philosophy…..it’s that they feel you want the best for them’. I was stunned. There is now way you can interpret this without being stunned. For him it’s just about running and intensity and being reactive. How do you expect him to have a system. He has to be replaced.

We are so easy to play Against....our tactics are so predictable, every move, every pass we can't even compete physically. We need a good coach who can get the best out of these kids. As for Poch he has no idea to the move

It was clear that both Palmer and Enzo were tired. So we had nothing through the middle. A few Noni flare ups aside we were dead in attack. And Jackson I want him to be hungry. He was way too nonchalant like we were 8 goals up

If the owner think these kids will peak anytime soon, they should wake up. They might not make it to the top here due to the pressure. Madueke is a good player but he needs two-three years of constant playing to mature. Mudryk, Disasi sterling madueke Jackson badiashelle, Caicedo, are at best average players now. Not really good enough

Hi Nini good video as always. I'm also tired of this Rollercoaster of a season. Seeing as the Chelsea job is very difficult, which manager would you like to come to Chelsea to maximize the technical players in this team. Because as much as I think we need stability in the team by continuing with Poch, we cannot do the basics sometimes which makes me worry. As a coach, there are moments when you can play route 1 football and there are moments to keep possession and manage the game better, especially after the burnley game. I don't think he knows what he is doing I'm sorry.

Good analysis of Chelsea at the moment we should be much better. Poch has been there long enough to start making progress with this team.

Like I said before, no such thing as bad soldiers, only bad officers. Though ridiculously overpaying for a couple of Brighton players doesn't help.

Basically Sheffield United were better than us and they are bottom. We were mid table last season when a lot of the players checked out way before the end of the season and we are mid table still. I’m concerned more of the same next season because we can’t buy our way out of trouble.

Recruitment (exception Palmer) has been shockingly bad , not too mention putting them all on fat 8 year contracts to 'cook the books' . Mr Tattoo's and 'Kakeido' for £100m+ each is beyond bad , not too mention all the dross bought for £50m plus . Club is in a mess , and hard to know who will turn this around .

no he isnt, our CAM, LW, RB were all out of position and our LB cant cross for sht. no service, no party, he was playing well when on the ball with good passes, but couldnt do sht in the final third because he was forced to assist our other forwards due to conor not being in that LW position (not his fault), and disasi never moving past the half way line, so we're missing like 2-3 players in attack coz theyre out of position or in the case of cucu, cant play offensively at all.

Our whole defence is shambolic...why is Gallagher playing on the wing...do we even have a midfield. I saw enzo beg players to make an attacking run so he can pass.

Pochettino will be sacked but what of these deluded owners who are saying they are not planning on slowing down or changing their strategies the fans must begin to make life difficult for them by serious protest and boycott if not it is still going to get worse .

We have a solid capable group of young players. We really should not be targeting signings with FFP on the horizon. Go allout on a manager who is a mentality monster, and give players roles that they're suited for. I can see a 343 with inverted wing backs working well for us

1 step forward, 2 steps backwards. Lackluster, outside of the first 15 mins, pace, intent, movement, 1-2 touch football. Great goals from Silva and Madueke. Score first, concede. Score again, concede again. Where is the game management and tactical decision making?

I will say it again, the only coach that can help us now is one that can develop players and play to the strength of this squad. A title winning manager is going no where with this squad. That said I only see two coaches that can help us right now, De Zerbi or Sarri. We have to be patient with them because the squad also needs to grow.

If Badiashille had done his job, NiiNii would not be going at Poch once again. He's probably not the manager to take us where we need to be, but let's put some of these losses in proper context. Nuff of these players are well below the levels of what we need.

CFC club following the Brighton business model - hence so many staff and players bought from Brighton in the past 2-3 years. Buy young players (at League 2 level) to sell at higher prices for profits. A few good players like Palmer helps for the marketing.The owners are not interested in football or winning trophies. Bipolar, yes, it seems the lithium shortage may impact the blue club more than many others. Also, poor finishers with other stellar qualities, like Gallagher and Jackson, would be a luxury on a team with a pure striker, but alas are a liability with this team. Don't necessarily bench both, but definitely don't play both simultaneously.

Mudryk and Noni don’t play the same position. If anything Palmer is starting ahead of Noni because they play in the same position. If anything Palmer isn’t as good as a 10 so we stick him on the RW. So if Noni wants to start he has to perform better then Palmer and how hard will that be? Mudryk and Noni should be starting together if anything. Thats just my opinion, mad love for the channel Nini 🙌🏽🙌🏽🔥
