absolutely gorgeous boat. if i had to nitpick anything it would be the center cap on the steering wheel is upside down. lol again awesome boat, if the emblem being upside down is the only thing wrong with it i would call it a grand slam.

I’d like to see an on the water review. Speed, handling, fishing stability, tilt side to side etc. get an idea how this would compare to a 21’ Phoenix or Skeeter.

@@TheCarhartt1 It's faster than the Skeeter's & Phoenix. Top speed is said to be 78 mph with half a tank of gas and one person with a light load. I'd also like to know how the handling/chine walk is. I test drove a Caymas 21 and the chine walk was aweful with lithium batteries.

Good luck with sales . Ikon came out to Kate and to high priced. Boats sales are dropping off a cliff and now everyone doing deep discounts .
Ikon certainly seems like a great boat, but Phoenix, Basscat, and Skeeter are all comparable in quality for a 21 footer. I just bought a new Skeeter FXR21 and list price after rebates had the boat starting at $71K. If you’re paying more than that for a 21 foot new boat in this market you’re over paying.

@@BassFishingFanaticTV The VLX is under 100K rigged. It sounds like a better built boat as far as standard features and quality than the Skeeter's. I called today and priced one and it'll be about 90-92K depending on how I want it rigged with electronics.

I test drove the Skeeter, Phoenix and iKon, iKon is by far the best boat. Its not even close. I didnt drive the basscat but the build quality seemed subpar compared to the iKon

Unless you are fishing for a living and making big bucks, it's just not worth the money.
