Not a torch, too little heat in a too concentrated area. One of those Dewalt Lithium powered propane torpedo heaters would put out more heat, at a more useful temperature, and by their nature direct the heat forward and can be aimed. It's Alive!! Great job Hillbilly! If you ever need CPR, Hillbilly is the one to call on, he doesn't give up even when the doctor calls it. Frozen in time, maybe a blow torch, space heater. I have to say chaining up is the best way to go in deep snow. A little noisy but they work like awesome with all four working. A bit of a pain to do on the road side, but well worth the time and effort in the long run. The hard part being the towed vehicle is knowing which way the steering wheel is turned, which makes it tougher for Lizzy. Robby with no fear racing around the curves. Maybe a large push bumper and you could have pushed Lizzy right along. Well that sucked loosing the drive train, but building it better and stronger is a great idea. Did watch Matt's video first and then came here to finish up the rest of the recoveries. This one was very entertaining and well done.

Super job getting that skid loader started/running (way to go, Hillbilly!) and then moving. The Jeep is working great in the snow (and will be as good, or better, once you get the drivetrain rebuilt). Nice camera work.

gotta be $5K but they probably would have been fined if they didn't get it out and that was $100K of equipment so just what we call life tax.
