Gentlemen, in my 54 years on this spinning round orb I have only seen ONE Rockstead. It belongs to my Uncle who is a retired Airline Pilot who used to fly from Vancouver Canada, to Narita Airport in Japan. It is quite simply the most beautiful knife I have ever seen, a stunning folder with an edge so keen it cuts things without even touching them. Until I saw his knife several years ago, I did not believe such knives existed, and YOU LADS have THREE!!!! I must therefore humbly extend my thanks to you for possessing that which I thought was unobtainable without the benefit of being a $$$ Millionaire. I can die happy now knowing that somewhere in the World two regular knife loving guys own Three of the most lusted after pieces of cutlery for sale to mere mortals today. What a lovely day, thank-you dear Sirs.

I respect your gains more than I would from most people that get a good paying job by getting a brown tongue or elbow. i will never use mine for anything.

That mirror finish almost doesn't even look real, it's reflecting like old computer graphics.

Those Rocksteads are surreal... i've never seen a mirrored true convex like that from any knife maker, anywhere. Btw, I love that you guys are legitimately passionate about sharing the best knives and knife makers in the world with all of us, keep up the great work.

it honestly doesn't look up to the price they paid, like not even close lol.. I could see it if it was ztuff and mozaik Damascus but the fit and finish of these don't even seem clean, the grinds and polishing just seem tool buffed. Surreal would be like, Stan Wilson, majime, etc.

I have been a Rockstead collector for years. I have folders and fixed blades. Their edge holding and polished finish is unbeaten. Good choices guys.

​@@paulll47I have a fair few folders,I use their "budget" $1000 folder as my EDC. It's a Rockstead Chi. So when sweaty the sting ray skin grip works wonders, I'm an electrician so it's main uses as my everyday blade is Electrical tape, Plastic bands on conduit and packages, cardboard boxes etc. After about 1.5 years it started being harder to cut but not actually hard. After 2 years I sent it back to the manufacturer who offers a lifetime service of sharpening. I have a wicked edge pro knife sharpener with some really nice diamond plates and nothing I could do with the best knife sharpener in the world compares to that edge

At 9:30 when you made the first cut, I laughed so loud my neighbor text me to make sure everything was ok.

The most informative part of the review.. In fact, of any knife review, ever. 17:47 18:05 18:07 17:47 (jokes aside, I love these guys. Their enthusiasm and detail is brilliant. Best knife channel on the net.)

That Ritsu is a beautiful little knife! Interesting that it comes with a boot sheath. I do actually think the DON looks more "combaty", the profile is reminiscent of a wakazashi. They are all fantastically gorgeous. Congrats! Enjoyed the vid very much.
