Game 1 happy made a lot of mistakes and still won without ghouls. A lot of people say that the frenzy push is the end all be all, but it clearly is not the only conditions UD has over ne. fiends+air counter counter any ne army, destroyers counters bears, and fiends counters every anti-air ne has(dryads or hypos)+ coil-nova. Also it's funny how happy went leroy-jenkins into the ne base 11:50 , filled with moon wells ready to heal, while colorfull didn't dare step into the UD base to kill a 1% hp hero🤣

ghouls never been a problem for ne (maybe at the start on closest positions on TR), what cripples nelves is not undead, but 90% of useful units being unarmored. Same as fiends counter dryads and destroyers counter bears - bears counter fiends and dryads counter destroyers. It's literally 4 units counter each other.

@@nightyonetwothree except bears don’t counter fiends because they are extremely clunky and the one targeted fiend will just walk it off.

@@timfink7980 dont tell elf bears no countering fiends... Just select bear with left click and rightclick on fiend. You can also slow fiend with dryad/naga. Yet i usually played dh+panda or warden+dh.

@@nightyonetwothree I disagree on UD not crippling NE, UD is the worst match-up for NE by far, this is acknowledged by most player base at this point. Bears do counter fiends but not like knights, they are slow like a tauren(with some buffs) and could be slowed, and kited. Also you can't give Dryads armor otherwise they will be to OP against HU and ORC. Sadly it's the same case with huntresses.... 1 vs 1 , (no heroes and no other units) bears kill fiends and dryads kill destroyers but when you combine them it's a different story. dryads+bears can't beat fiends+destroyers, one of the reasons being range, ie. fiends and bears are in the front lines , while destro and dryads are in the back. Destroyers can reach bears, but dryads can't reach destroyers, and that's were things go different. Fiends also have range over bears, and when you factor in coil-nova (which also has range and dmg over ne heroes) at best ne can trade one bear for one fiend unless ud makes mistakes.The frenzy ghoul push is a bonus at this point. Hence why in tournaments where players don't make mistakes , UD has more than 80% win rate over ne at this point. 🤣 And things don't change if ne goes hypos+bears instead of dryads, hypos are air mele and can be kited with frost nova or ensnared by fiends. Talons+bears cost way more, and they have the same problem as hypos/bears.

@@atonlort5666 as an elf myself i kwnow elven units are trash. But my point ne-vs-ud is disadvangeous matchup not because of coilnova or statues or anything else being "op" in ud - ud always being easy 50/50 matchup for ne. The reason is ne's units themselves being weak and easily countered. It;s not destroyers so strong - its bears are the softest t3 mellee units, while dryads are zero hp zero dps unarmored trash (still they have poison+dispel).

im seeing abit of Prime moon in happy these days. At his prime Moon excelled at turning around loosing games with super smart plays (He still does it these day but not as often) and happy is relying less and less on his Micro and going insane with his macro/smart plays. It's alot more fun to watch happy's games compared to like a year ago !

Let's be honest, as great as happy is, he won this match because it is against ne. He would never beat any other race after playing such a horrible early game.

Why bears are melting ? What shuld NE do against happy

because casters like to exaggerate things. I mena 4 destoyers are 20 food, it's like 10 talons would melt bears at same/higher rate. Gryphons? 5 Gryphons would remove bears in oneshot.

happy is looking rough lately! Losing 5 ghouls early game, supply blocking himself majorly delaying his 2nd hero, poor dk positioning letting himself get mana burned too many times, and then losing every single fiend while hopelessly hero chasing a naga into 6 full moonwells all in the same game. Tons of mistakes from the Emperor lately! Whats going on with him?

@@timfink7980 Happy: Wins like 90+ percent of games and like every tournament no matter who he is playing against. Least coping backseat experts: Well, you see, NE is just too weak, don't look at him winning against all 4 races, it's clearly the NE being too weak issue, please give us back our 2005-2008 when Moon was winning almost everything and NE were like 90% of players, the game was so balanced back then

Only 5% of the population is considered gay, so there is a much smaller pool of people from which UD players can come from compared to other races. Instead we should look at % successful within each population/race.

UD vs HU is fine. Vs orc it’s ok. But NE just died vs UD and it’s not even funny The reason there’s few at the top is because there’s only a handful of „pros“ anyway for this game
