Before kick off I was worried as Ipswich were in such great form. Have to say I was surprised by how poor they were, creating very little. I think that was down to our game plan though. Early doors they looked to get down our left but both Townsend and Phillips were solid and had an understanding of who was picking up who, which has been missing in recent games. We were so solid at the back and decisive going forward. The early Furlong goal helped as it meant Ipswich had to come out and attack which gave us the space to counter attack. I thought Diangana looked a bit lost playing more centrally, maybe it was a hangover from being with DR Congo, but he took his goal well. As you rightly said it was a complete performance.

Yet another great Vlog 👍 I watched the EFL Championship highlights this morning, and this division is just bang average now, and we have nothing to fear.. And shhhh!..but we carry on with this form under Carlos Corberan and we are definately on the UP!! However, "if" we do then we need new owners PDQ for major player invedtment because these current players will get slaughtered in the prem!

Ipswich were really poor by their standards, and just looked lethargic. A team that's amassed more points than any other newly promoted side in history and lost one in 37 and hadn't lost away for 18 games or failed to score all season. West Brom played well and did a job on Ipswich, have some good players, and just stopped Ipswich from playing.
