Lucas gets very introspective and philosophical at times, and with a strong moral compass. His advice on how to be popular at school - “just be kind, so everyone will want to be your friend” - is actually one of the best advices for students everywhere. And his “breathing technique” sounds exactly the same as what my myotherapist from Thailand told me. It actually works, and is more difficult to practice than it sounds.

He's a nerd! He easily gets a lil too deep when explaining things. I find myself bored when he explains things LOL. Like this breathing things, the way he teaches how to exercise. He's actually boring yet sometimes we wait for his punchlines that never came because we thought he's making a joke. AND I FIND THAT ADORABLE 😍 I'm a nerd too. And it's pretty scary to be seen as a nerd and overthinking how people will be bored when listening to us being passionate over uneccessary things. So lucas is adorable :(

Ridzzz226 yeah, one of my university courses involved studying Taoism and one of the classes focused on practicing breathing mediatation. It really helped clear my mind and relax. I was actually pretty excited I could understand the philosophy behind what Lucas was saying and was kinda disappointed it wasn’t taken as seriously, though I did appreciate all their energy and insight

Dude that method is also known in different countries although not scientifically proven but it really helps not only sleeping method but also mental relaxation. My myotheraphist from Thailand literally taught me to do the exact same thing. She noticed that I have tight chest muscles and very shallow breath (not a coincidence that I also have sleep problems for many years) so she wanted me to try to intentionally focus on my breathing throughout the day, how it moves down my body and back out. I'm still practising everyday because it's super difficult!

everyone's laughing at lucas, but what hes saying is a well proven and often practiced scientific fact in India. My mom taught me the exact same things lucas said about feeling the air go all the way down and then breathing out while attempting to not think about any thing else. its really hard to actually do. This and what Taeyong said make me so happy 🥺 I understand some situations say otherwise but it's still so reassuring that they're trying to let us know that even putting in effort is something

I'm literally not okay with Ten's visuals in here... every time he appears in a close up I just think "damn he is so beautiful"

Hendery's answer to the person asking about how to overcome their confidence problem, is amazing. He is right, the first thing is knowing what your issue is, and going from there. Spot on. And I love Ten's answer for the person asking about how she should approach the guy she likes. Just do it, or else you'll regret it. Let him know that you like him, and ask him if he likes you. He says yes, great! He says no, also great because you know he will be missing out on something amazing, and now you got your answer, so you don't need to waste time thinking about him.

I've never seen Lucas being so deeply invested like this when explaining something, he looks so determined and wholehearted

I really appreciate Xiaojun's hard work in learning English, his speaking voice is so soothing to my ears.

I think Lucas is smart boy, he give a relateable solutioin for every problem, although it's look like a joke but sure it's a key of the problem

we all laugh but lucas knows what he’s talking about, whenever I breathe deeply for a moment I become so relaxed and calm it truly does wonders and I think we’re all so distracted by the world and our phones and this and that, we forget to breathe in deeply from time to time, it helps a lot

I really appreciate Xiaojun answering Sofie in English, and adding his experience. Ten had already given a decent answer, but Xiaojun wanted to help out, too, and he did!

It seems funny that Lucas keeps on going back to breathing, but actually, he has a point. The breathing instructions he gave will make your mind focus on that alone and eventually make you fall asleep. Same concept as counting sheep, but better.

In complete honesty, despite their disclaimer that they weren't professionals, am I the only one who thinks WayV gave incredibly solid advice? I loved how the members tried to relate each question back to their own personal experiences (or just straight up acknowledged when they had no experience lol), and had not only incredibly respectful but also incredibly insightful answers. Even Lucas's "just breathe" suggestion is a pretty appropriate response to have to times when you're stressed, unable to sleep, etc. Honestly, just props to WayV for delivering their advice in such a considerate and mature matter. p.s. totally would not mind if these kinds of "advice sessions" were to become a regular thing :)

true, i’m totally amazed by what hendery said in 26:12 cause that’s what experts gonna says. i studied psychology and what hendery said is completely true, people who knows exactly what’s their weaknesses are tend to easily solve their problems and overcome it, knowing what you’re lack of is a great thing

for real, they gave incredibly good advice despite not being professionals and focused on what each person needed, for example when they were asked for advice they gave it, when they were askdd for comfort they forwent advice and went for the cheering up. The advice they gave was really down to earth (?), like it's something realistic and doable and vdry considerate of what they are asked. Also how lucas makes it a point to remind that theyre not professionals and its advice from their own point of view (which he has done previously too) is very remarkable. I have watched many different idols giving advice and wayv really give the best from what i have seen others do, in my opinion. It's so heartwarming to see them taking it seriously but balancing it incredibly well with humour, keeping in touch with reality and being responsible about the disclaimer. Im thankful for all of them, so a specially warm hug and a kiss for ten xiaojun winwin kun hendery lucas and yangyang 💖✨💖✨💖✨💖✨💖✨💖✨✨💖✨💖
