    I’m just going to kms at this point this diet change is stress full ima look like a skeleton, don’t understand how I have a healthy body weight but I have high cholesterol

    We'll get through it, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol today and I weigh 140 pounds. It's probably from my excessive smoking, drinking and some of the things I'm consuming like sugar, stress and meats We just gotta watch out when it comes to our sense of consumption but it also can depend on your level of cholesterol and health overall.
