Ways to Get Over Those Dysphoria Blues
Dysphoroa sucks, we all know that wether you're ftm like me or mtf etc. Some days you just can't pick yourself up so here's a few things I do to try and take my mind of things. Some may be obvious but thought I'd do a quick video anyways.
