Rather than you will die it is best to say you will leave the body like leaving your house to go to town or somewhere. You are still you even though you are not in your house.

I'm really enjoying this conversation. However, I'm having trouble hearing it. I've turned up the volume on my computer to 100%, and I've turned up the volume on my speakers to 100% as well. I'm wondering if it's my computer's audio that's not loud enough. I really wish I could hear it louder.

Trust in God. Nothing happens that God does not allow. If God allows it, it is okay. God would never harm us. Us being our immortal soul.. Our outer physical selves is not us, those selves come and go. Still, as advised here, discernment is rational and we are supposed to use our reason in all circumstances.

Thank you for this, Tom. I was glad to hear your nuanced perspective on fear, as well as your take on higher consciousness approaches to situations. I wonder what you think about Law of Assumption style theories and whether you've any experience with that sort of consciousness. The likes of Neville Goddard, say. If I'm not wrong, there appears to be some crossover between that and what you've dicussed - particularly in terms of healing others with the mind. Another thing I wanted to broach to you is whether you've taken any interest in anti-aging technology. Bryan Johnson is a pioneer in the field that you may find intriguing.

Tom for some reason, avoids talking about mr Goddard which he and Tom actually talks about exactly same thing to the every miniscule detail I've read every lecture of mr Goddard and Tom says İuoc Goddard says Father in the bible.Tom says Love is the only growth the low entropy consciousness which grows eternity and Goddard says Love is the only thing alive because love endures to eternity god is love and other emotions are only attributions of him.I could go on and on and I like Tom's explaining on certain subjects better and Goddards explaining certain subjects better Tom lays out the process but Neville is definietly on another level his experiences are another level which Tom did not experience. But tom is better at giving us the details which our minds can comprehend easily but in Neville his way of explaining he is operating from such a level that he sometimes misses that crucial information for better understanding for example Neville does not talk about you changing possibilities with your intent he is so sure of himself that his imaginal acts are an objective fact at that moment 😂 campbell helped me on that subject I like them both both are helping us.

Does dark nigh of soul increases or decreases fear? Balanced fear is good . It makes you a realist.

  • @Sainbury

Fear is never good or helpful. If you have a dark night of the soul then it depends what you do with that information. It is your choice to evolve your QoC, (Quality of Consciousness,) or not.

  • @freedudegratitude3230

dark night of the soul (in my understanding) is when you have reached the maximum amount of suffering possible which can potentially culminate into a ego shedding event. Shedding ego will always lower fear as the two are opposites. What many people call realist is actually justification of their fears, they do this because it's easier to justify your fear than get rid of it.

@@freedudegratitude3230: My definition of dark night of the soul is when you come face-to-face with some difficult truths about yourself. It can be a turning point in your life. Your intellect can step in and tell your ego that you are just fine the way you are. Or you can use those truths as a catalyst to change and evolve your Quality of Consciousness, or you can get depressed and stop participating in your life.

You can access your higher self, or possibly the LCS, by becoming a proficient meditator. You have to learn to turn off your internal dialog. This can take A LOT of practice. At that point when you are in the void you can ask questions, access other data streams, and interact with other beings. Do not bring your intellect into this space. Save all your musings and questions for later. Be fearless! You may get a fear test along the way.

@@adammorra3813 : Think of meditation this way; if you wanted to become an accomplished pianist it would take years and a lot of practice. The first part is always hard. And sometimes it seems like your intellect is sabotaging you. You itch, you can't stay still, your thoughts keep coming even though you are trying to stop them. Scratch the itch, ignore the desire to move, and let your thoughts drift away. Some kind of mantra can help. Substitute the mantra for your thoughts. After you get over the first hurdles it becomes easier. Start out with 15 minutes, and then increase the time as you start to get better.
