A Narcissist needs to be in control. This is the only way they feel power. How they feel superior.😢😟
They have many ways to gain control of their victims. Many ways to lure you into a false sense of security.😳🥺
They will initially love bomb you, before constantly belittling you. They will isolate you, make you question your sanity and gaslight you.🤔😥
These are just some of the things they will do to gain control and make you dependent on them, so you can't leave.🙁😟
They make you lose all sense of self, and lose all confidence and self worth.😰😢
They will make you forget what it is like to be independent and will make you needy and codependent.😩😨

My ex used the fact that I have an innocence about me (typical co-dependent vibe) and that I looked young, to tell people I was a kid and immature. He weaponised my sweetness to use against me. The way his mind would take ANY vulnerability and twist it into something to discredit or devalue was shocking, but I guess it just indicates the level of unprocessed trauma and entitlement going on. They are very sad people, don’t bother trying to take revenge, don’t lower your standards, just cut off and protect yourself. Wish them well from a distance.

@@googlespyfranchise9089 That sounds all to familiar. They have this need for control and will play on our youth to gain power. And you're right, revenge will only hurt us. Let go and let karma do its magic. We have to protect ourselves and not lower ourselves to their standards.😇💖
One thing they do is they gather any info about you and study what they consider weaknesses one of those weaknesses is love in their eyes they find the sweetest person they wont hurt anybody a very forgiving person and they will take them in a cycle of fear and make it seem it's your fault and if that doesn't work they try to get you to forgive if that doesnt work they use slander to everyone who knows you to isolate you and will use jealousy as a tatic and if that doesn't they use fear and aggresstion tactics attempting to break you down

@@XII.12L.IV.4D.IV.4D That is all very true unfortunately... They will do anything they can to keep control.. I've seen the worst out of some of them. Best to keep fighting for your freedom and the ones who are your people won't believe the lies...😇💖
