Wayne Model Pc2 Transfer Pump Review
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Bought this Wayne Model Pc2 Transfer pump to move the water from my rainwater collection drums into my garden. I found out that this pump is underpowered for the job. It works great for smaller applications like draining fishtanks, waterbeds, or removing small amounts of water from 1 area to another. Here is the link to the item on Amazon which is where I purchased it. www.amazon.com/Wayne-PC2-115-V...

That was exactly the video I needed to see for this pump. Thank you for covering a variety of set ups.
I have this pump on the way at this moment. We were watching American Pickers last night and the were looking at a old timey Wayne Visible Gas Pump. I was unaware of Wayne Pump's rich history but I am learning. They have a reputation that is many decades old. 89 years. I cannot imagine growing that in Vegas. Our water bill for 2 adults on an island on the east coast (no desert)was $70 this month. Great video from a really green thumb.
Ahhh, that's neat. I'm looking for something like this to transfer water into my RV's fresh water tank. I might need an adapter depending on the valve fit, and a pressure regulator to see if I can get it at the 50 psi that it recommends.
Thanks for posting. I think I'm going to buy it. I'm going to use it to pull water out of my 55 gallon drum and use it with my pressure washer. It just has to be close to the amount of pressure you get from a typical garden hose. Thanks once again!
Nice job and thanks! I almost bought this pump, but I think you saved me. Your video demonstrated everything I was going to use it for!
Great review, I liked how you showed different applications with it. Too bad it didn't work out for you.
That water nozzle connected to the pump does what I need it to do. I hooked one up in my van for when I go to the beach to rinse sand and salt water from myself.
Think it's important to remember that manufacturer's GPH performance values are measured at the nozzle - without a hose attached.
thanks for sharing this video. i'm looking for a pump with applications as you do. lucky me i research this and see your video. now i have to move up to a larger capacity one. i thought this small one can do the job, and cheaper, now i'm looking to the 1hp one and much expensive ($157.99 almost double the price :( )
Nice review, Thks
Great review
Great review 👍🏽
that was very helpful. Thank you for the review. At this point what pump would you advise to get to do the same application for your garden?
Thanks man!
Great video
a transfer pump is not designed to build pressure. only transfer the fluid.`that is why it wont work with a spray nozzle.
Thanks
What about a 22ft water fed pole a few feet away? I plan to use the water from a barrel also.
Im getting this pump to do a job other pumps wont do. Its made to draw/siphon which must pumps wont do without priming.
I have the Drummond that looks just like this one, and it is self priming, but it is not pumping water, although it makes noise. Do you know how to fix that?
Did the pump shut down before you initiated water flow from the hose? Wondering if I can use it for a pressure washer. In other words, is it an on demand pump?
I have the PC1 can I use this model to soft wash a roof???
How much is it and do they sell them in Miami???
"very little noise"?! It sounds like a lawn mower!
Thanks. Wish I saw this video before purchasing the pump. Its been a total disappointment for me.
Have you asked for your money back or contacted the company about this?

Wonder what ever happened to this guy?

Thanks dude, saved me $100 for not buying this water toy
