The Contemplative Studies Centre presents this Wayapa Wuurrk guided meditation, facilitated by Alana Marsh, Wayapa Wuurrk practitioner and trainer, and regenerative system re-setter.
Wayapa® is an earth connection practice that is based on ancient Indigenous wisdom that focuses on taking care of the Earth as the starting point for creating Earth Mind Body Spirit well-being.
Wayapa meets people where they are at, providing a prompt to reconnect with the natural world. As we ourselves are nature, participants will bring unique points of connection to living systems to nourish, release and contribute to the collective consciousness of Earth reciprocity.
Alana Marsh is a Meriam woman, with Irish and PNG strands in her life tapestry. A Wayapa practitioner since 2016 and Wayapa trainer of new practitioners since 2021, Alana is also a Regenerative System Re-setter. Understanding the importance of the Being state to inform how we are in the world; Alana is excited to offer an insight into the many riches of Wayapa for individual and collective consciousness.
