To anyone interested, I tried Veno's ulti with/without Timeless Relic! Demo Hero has base 25% magic resistance. Without: 67 per tick. With: 77 damage per tick. (Equals 67 +15%) Kind of as one would expect since, unlike Mastah said, Poison Nova doesn't have a total damage spread over an X duration, but periodical damage every second for an X duration.

They changed debuff amp a while ago. Since it increases duration of stuns like dismember, it also increases the time between damage ticks. But since they patched it, it doesn't increase duration of slows anymore, it increases the slow amount instead, hence not reducing dps.

IMHO singsing going for a spirit vessel not buying euls at the start of the game was a mistake. Stopping either one of charge / flame guard / cm ultimate is so nice.

I think the point of his itemisation was to deal as much damage as possible in a teamfight. Spirit vessel and first skill can make a support not be included in a fight making it already a 5v4. But I guess he misinterpreted how the game was going instead of the one being this annoying hero he sorta got focused everytime and there was a scene in the mid game where he gets bodied by cm’s ult. I do agree that the itemisation was not the best and adding the fact that spirit vessel got nerfed making the damage less effective than before (sing prolly didn’t knew about this because if he knew the item is not worth buying anymore with the increase price of it and the nerfs).
