Captured in performance in Francis Auditorium during a "Stars of Tomorrow" concert at the 2017 Festival of Concerts at the Heifetz International Music Institute.

Spectacular. Great to hear Franz Waxman (composer of remarkable scores to films like Sunset Boulevard, The Philadelphia Story, Taras Bulba, Rebecca, The Bride of Frankenstein), and to hear the Carmen themes in this setting. I especially appreciate this chance to listen to vocal melodies on the violin, the most "voice-like" of instruments. Thank you. Quite a treat to hear a brilliant young musician embrace fiction, opera and film of another era.
