Lol I have never purchased one of these massive oversized mirrors but at any given moment I have at least 2 on hand... and I never thought about the cost until I saw your comment... in my area I always find them on the side of the road where someone has decided to toss them out... iam thankful I have never had to pay for them... sheesh

Was SO lucky -- people around me ain't letting go of stuff that easily until it's irreparably broken/ gross 😵‍💫

I saw a few days ago on social media a lady that made a puddle mirror. It's similar to this style. But the mirror actually has a wavy designed to it too. Wasn't sure how that was accomplished

I say you should paint it sage green or light pastel green. It would go so well with your room and give a little colour to it without drawing all the attention to the mirror!

I love everything about this. Main reason is that the way you executed the style makes it less of a "trend" more of a something normal you can own. İts not too campy or clunky like some of those on the Pinterest and it being white makes it blend in.

Fun idea! Great that it was done in vinyl. Mirror has tons of potential! I could easily see it draped in like maybe some red netting overlaid with black netting! Or if you can find some red satin and overlay it with black netting.

Girl get yourself a Rotary cutter! It’s a circular rolling blade with a handle.youll never need to use scissors again. Works way better faster and makes a cleaner cut

I was just about to throw away an old flat pack bookshelf because it doesn't fit my new space style wise. I thought I could paint it but it'd be a lot of effort, money, supplies I'll have to buy and store forever, etc and this thing won't last more than a few years bc of the quality. Instead I looked up contact paper and was amazed by how many fun ones exist and are affordable. I just applied it to the sides and top leaving the inside black and it gives a cool 2 tone effect. Cost $5 and took 10 minutes. Now I can enjoy the shelf until it dies of old age.

Please tell me where I can get the vinyl at? I too love making my own home decor and furniture out of used stuff. Your videos are the best!
