Summary: The great flood of Lego City Construction site has a total of 25 people involved, of which 23 did not make it, so 2 people survived but had major injuries. Midway through there was a sinkhole which killed 3 people (those 3 were included in the death count). There was also a ship that capsized that killed both people on board, (which were included in the death count).
