Couldn’t disagree more. It’s tough there is a big gap between the top 3 women’s players and the rest of the field. But David is absolutely somewhere between 3-6 in women’s doubles. There is no doubt she had a rough performance in the finals. But she is usually much better than that. She also has the best attitude/moral in probably all of professional pb which makes her a highly preferred teammate. Give them more time to build chemistry this was their first event together for crying out loud.

What are the chances that Anna Leigh plays pro tennis in the future. She is 16 and by the time she is 20, she may be bored with pickleball. What better way for her to expand her brand, than to join the WTA tour. I am sure Leigh has thought about this. Anna Leigh could be playing amazing WTA events. like Wimbledon, US Open, French Open, Australian Open, etc. If I were a betting man, we will be seeing Anna Leigh on the WTA tour in the future.

Pickleball isnt tennis, you don’t just start playing tennis at 16 and make the women’s circuit.

@@Branko1964 She does practice tennis. I have seen pictures of her with a tennis racquet, and seen a short clip of her hitting tennis balls. There are several tennis players that were good in other sports. Jannick Sinner, who is ranked in the top 10, was a world class snow skier. Ash Barty was a world class cricketer. Martina Hingis was a world class equestrian. Althea Gibson was the top tennis player and golfer of her generation. Roger Federer played squash as a junior. I could go and on. The bottom line is Anna Leigh's brand will grow 10 fold if she joins the WTA tour as either a full-time player or part-time player. And I am sure Leigh has thought about this plenty.

She has the skills and drive to be a good or even great tennis player if she doesn't wait too long it's a more physical sport. @@walliegirl2

It’s to let a player know what side they are on when they come back and who is serving.
