Regulations for Striped Bass, on my favorite lake, are April 1 - October 31, two fish per day, 15-inch minimum length limit, and November 1 - March 31, one fish per day, 36-inch minimum length limit. Congratulations, JuJu! I know you'll be a success. The meal looked delish. I like my bread toasty. Thanks for sharing.

It's always fun to watch a catch and cook. Lime with mustard works for me. With lemon I'd definitely use tartar sauce...

I like my toast and pizza burnt also. The charcoal is a natural calming agent for those who are super hyper. Definitely not a fan of toasted mayonnaise. Next time add olive oil to your butter on the grill because it gives it a higher smoke point and keeps you from burning the butter. Once garlic goes past brown it becomes bitter so add the garlic 10 seconds before you put the fish down. Nice catch this time!

I'd think the lime would give it a bit of a different taste, but it would still me good. At least you had lemon pepper. The cayenne had to give it a spicy bite. Now I'm getting hungry!! A small kitchen boat floating outside of a marina seems like it would work. The idea being cooking some of the boaters catch for them in a du jour style. For the "Romans" in the boat, to tide them over until they get home.😂

I appreciate your updates on how the waters are and your hunting and fishing. My dad was a light house keeper and we fished growing up. I value those times and the picture of his biggest catch, which was a hammer head shark that he caught of of the light station 13 miles of the coast in the Atlantic.
