Yes you can but you gotta connect them to one and that's a bit tough so it's better to use 1 panel only

@Shaan Shaikh nah bro it didn't sadly. my physics teacher told we shouldn't have both of the uh solar and the mortor of the same volts . If i remember it right, we're supposed to have it in a way that the volts on the solar should be higher than the solar (for eg, as shown in the vid, it was a 9v mortor and a 12v solar)
