Viticulture, My City (just finished Chapter 3), Jaipur, Santorini, Odin’s Ravens, Patchwork and Race for the Galaxy.
Very interesting. I came to say something after your Year in Review. I’d definitely try this out. Thought the video had a good, topical intro with fun music choice. Personally I was 6 when the scandal started so I didn’t know about it either. Thanks to Dr. Who, I did go back and read up a few years back. An out of print game that has a lot of interesting history inside the box by the way is Conquest of Paradise.

Thanks! Yeah as you know already from watching the video, we’d for sure recommend Watergate - it captures the feel of two player tug of war games super well with a much shortened play time compared to others in its genre 👌🏻

Agree with you about this game. Well designed, balanced, strategic game. Best to know all the cards, and track them when discarded/removed in order to make the best decisions. A newbie would be crushed by an experienced player.

Ironic you say that as I have one friend who I've played with twice (long gap between the two) and he won both times despite them being his first and second games :'(. Also the only time I've lost...but he is experienced with Twilight Struggle which probably helps.

@@BoardOfItReviews - that's interesting. I've only read about Twilight Struggle. LegendaryTactics is doing a card-by-card video, so you could be right that the "card experience" with that game could help in Watergate.
