Thats a great way to start your day, especially because there is a body of medical evidence that suggests doing so will provide you with a more positive frame of mind for the day and it will lower your heart rate automatically, thus making your body more calm.... ;)

Are visitors allowed to walk McWay cove? I've read that it's restricted, but you were able to get footage ON THE BEACH! It's been a dream of mine to walk that beach. If I can manage to find a way down to it, am I allowed?

hi nice videos really but if you look and listen more attentively you will notice that the same sound goes on all the videos even far from the water fall on the mountain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! smart but not enough to fool everyone .
