Well done glad to see people still using clear flexible tubing 🙏😃 clean runs as well. Just a question did you choose heat killer over other radiators ? What other rads were you looking at ? Cheers. P.

Thank you 🙏 I went with Heatkiller primarily because of the fit and finish. This is mainly a black and silver/nickel build and the Heatkillers have a distinctive front sides that are made of brushed stainless steel. Think they look great with the case and components. Also, the L thicker versions are only 48 mm (some of the other manufacturers have 50-60 mm for thickness) and these barely fit well in the front of the Fractal Meshify Compact 2 with thicker 30mm Phantek T30 fans. I thought it was a good combo for thickness of rads and thickness of fans in a compact mid-sized case. I also use Hardware Labs (exceptional cooling, typically slightly larger dimensions for rads and has curves) and Alphacool (great cooling, more choices and sizes). Best, Vector

Good build i like it a lot ! Except i'm stupid, i don't hear your temps of gpu and cpu, can you provide them ? I might have a problem, my GPU is 45-50c and my 5800X3D is 75-83c in gaming with a 360 rad from corsair.. Thx

Thanks for your comment 🙏 At this time, I didn't do thermal testing. I have since added thermal tests to all the videos. For this one, I took it apart already. The temps were OK at best. I have learned more since then. For your rig, 45-50C for GPU sounds perfectly fine. The CPU is perhaps high but it sounds like you're on a single 360 rad? Corsair uses Hardware Labs for their radiators, which is good, but they often use the slimmer 30mm rads. Adding another rad would help with cooling and/or help with lowering the noise level of your fans. Hope that helps and enjoy your system.

I have this exact same case, and was wondering how tf i'd fit a pump/res combo inside of it. I want to use a D5, but I didn't even think about the way you just did it. Thanks for the upload!

Thanks for your comment 🙏That is awesome and I am happy that the video was able to provide something useful. Rest assured I tried multiple EKWB reservoirs and multiple mounting solutions and brackets from more than one company and in total I tried 10+ different mounting combinations/locations and this was the only combo and mounting position that I felt comfortable showing, with no modifications and would work for long-term. Thank you again for commenting and viewing.

hey man is there any chance you can tell me the memory temperature under full load of the gpu it seems alphacool has left this piece of the gpu off their cooler but it says they have redesigned it on their website so

Of course, running a stress test in 3DMark like Time Spy or Port Royal, I'm getting somewhere low 80s for the GPU memory. The fans are running at approx. 1200 rpm. This is with the Heatkiller rads 360-L with 3x Phanteks T30s and 240-S with 2x Noctua A12x25. The temps stay fairly constant even under further load and the fans just pick speed to compensate. Hope that helps and thanks for asking 🙏

you need to figure out a way to have less confusing titles. have a video stick to a single topic and have the title reflect that.

Thanks for your comment 🙏I think you are right. There are a lot of components that go into a video and the title descriptions and/or thumbnails are not my strong-suit. I hope to improve there and I took your feedback and reduced the amount of words in the thumbnail for this video and two other more recent PC build videos. I think it looks better and I will track the click-through rate. Thank you for your feedback.
