Karen, this is another great tutorial. I am a member and recommend these videos highly. It is probably the best money that I have spent all year. My painting has improved considerably. I was enrolled in a class at a nearby college and it was cancelled after one class due to Covid. I fortunately found Karen while browsing online. She is the best on the web.

I painted along with your tutorial and I added the right tree from the referende photo to my painting. I am really surprised how pefect my painting turned out! The birches bright light on left side, heavy contrast in colors . And I finally bought good watercolor paper (fabriani artistico) and had fun with it. Thanks, Karen! greetings from Germany

If it helps I do have a solution for you that will work on any KZread video to slow it down: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fYmtz6-khNO5k9o.html This lovely lady here explains it really well. Once you have it slowed down to a speed that is ok for you, just click the CC button at the bottom of my video and it will have the subtitles. So you can follow along. I would suggest muting the voiceover as it will have a very slowed down voice! Hope this helps! :)

That was a lovely one to do and I am very pleased with my result! I haven't had a chance to do many of your tutorials yet but my new year's resolution is to spend more time painting. Thank you for the inspiration!
