I have had some of these pencils for years, same with Inktense. Someone recent showed a way of painting with them similar to what you have just done. It works wonderfully well with Intense and and you have extended that to graphite. Thank you, I will try it now.

Marvellous! Was the initial drawing & shading all done with watercolour graphite, or some normal pencil as well? Parts of the line work seem somewhat resistant to the initial wash compared to the mess I usually make when I try this!

My problem is that I want detail ad infinitum. It's hard for me to stay loose and allow the drawing to do what it does.
