The clarity of your narration, combined with the proper use of exact technical terms makes watching your tutorials a very rewarding experience going beyond just entertainment. Thank you Tim!
You make the legs looks so easy! The legs are HARD. 2 down, So many to go. Thank you for these great videos!
I’ve been getting better at tying thanks to your videos
Nice! A foam fly that actually looks like a fly. Thanks for sharing.
Great video
Great work as always Tim. Thank you for the cool ideas and inspiration!
I strongly agree with purchasing foam cutters there a life changer !! Well done Tim
Bought 2 of these 2 years ago, with the addition of tippet rings for a hopper dropper setup. Used then almost every week for the past 2 summers and falls.
Great looking fly!
Great looking pattern. I got a ways to go before I'm good enough to tie it.
Lough Arrow for the next tie off!
Is that Silver Bow in Spokane, WA? If so that’s my local shop. Wild to see it here if it is.

@@hong_kong_phooey It most certainly is. Stopped in on my way home from the Kootenai last summer. Great shop.

Awesome. Big fan of you and Silver Bow. Hope you had a great trip. You should have them take you on the Spokane River someday. See if they can get you on some native Red Band Rainbows. And selfishly maybe a tying demo at the shop. Thanks for the infotainment over the years.
Not a Guide fly, that's for sure. I will just purchase!!
I know it's a stretch and will be a long video. Do you think you tie up a Dahlberg Diver by chance?
What type of vice would you recommend? It will be the last vice I ever buy.

Tim uses Regal vices. As do I. I use the Regal medallion and it will last forever (had it 10+ years, I tie patterns from midges to 3/0 articulated flies no problem) I prefer the clamp instead of the base. I think Tim uses the Regal Revolution which is 2.5x more expensive. ($500+)
