exactly. A commentary saying, this is OK, this is not OK, explaining who committed what foul. I predict a lot of confusion for players and refs. FINA needs to produce something that clearly shows and explains the changes.

The resolution wasn't really a problem but it needed a commentary or an explanation of what the call was after the examples were shown because it wasn't always clear if the examples showed where a foul/exclusion/penalty was called or where it wasn't.

If the goalie gets called for a "ball under" inside of 5 meters, then it is considered a foul to prevent a likely goal, which is a penalty.

resolution is not very important!!!!

cryptic video... very bad resolution, without the close ups it is often hard to distinguish what is happening. Also, very annoying and useless music.
