Wow, I just learned that those flower stalks that were wasted in our place could be made a delicious ingredient for fish soup. You gave me an idea that maybe such stalks could be cooked with meat or fish in coconut milk. I love the way you prepare the fish for cooking - so many cuts to fully absorb flavors from the other ingredients. Beautiful.
