Water flour mill - a natural way to make flour
A watermill or water mill is a mill that uses hydropower.
It is a structure that uses a water wheel or water turbine to drive a mechanical process such as milling (grinding), rolling, or hammering.
Such processes are needed in the production of many material goods, including flour, lumber, paper, textiles, and many metal products.
These watermills may be comprise gristmills, sawmills, paper mills, textile mills, hammermills, trip hammeringmills, rolling mills, wire drawing mills.
One major way to classify watermills is by wheel orientation (vertical or horizontal), one powered by a vertical waterwheel through a gear mechanism, and the other equipped with a horizontal waterwheel without such a mechanism.
The former type can be further divided, depending on where the water hits the wheel paddles, into undershot, overshot, breastshot and pitchback (backshot or reverse shot) waterwheel mills.
Another way to classify water mills is by an essential trait about their location: tide mills use the movement of the tide; ship mills are water mills onboard (and constituting) a ship.

This is so cool!!😁🙌🏼💕 I love it! Makes me want to learn how to build a wheat mill myself lol - seriously 🙏🏻
I remember 60 years ago in Iran we had one in our village. It took two generations( A father and then his son) to make it happen. The father spent his life to bring the water from the river. He died and his son actually made it happen. I remember the entire village took their Wheat there to grind it. Sadly when I visited my village 5 years ago, it was gone. They had built a house in it's place.
Love this
We have one such mill in our village in Himachal Pradesh.

Hey make sure to nixtamalize the corn to have access to the vitamins. You can do this by boiling the dried corn in water with wood ash in it.
In local dilect we call this "Gharat" The oldest way of getting flour out of Wheat and Maize seeds!
