Water Color Painting the Northern Lights ASMR
Relax as I create my 4th watercolor painting since recently taking up this relaxing hobby. I never thought I'd pick up a brush and watercolor set at my age, but indeed I have and glad I did. I hope you find it relaxing and perhaps you'll even be motivated to give it try.
For those wondering about the watercolor set I'm using it is by Master's Touch and currently cost $7.49 at Hobby Lobby at the time of this note.
Congratulations! In reading the description, you found the secret bonus video!

The videos on my KZread channel portray some of the typical day-to-day activities that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep.

The spinning knife is your brand, man! For what it's worth, as a brand manager I tell you that you have lightning in a bottle there. If you were a client, I would plead with you to always maintain brand integrity by staying on brand. Anytime you don't use it weakens the brand. Again, take this advice for whatever is worth. Great video.

RelaxingASMR, you have been my favorite youtuber since I found you about a year ago. You dont know the effect youve had on my life with your quiet advice and selfless outlook. By far my favorite video is where you walked through a graveyard and then asked convicting questions afterwards. Hit me hard but was done in such a way that it affected me deeply in how I spend more time with my wife and kids. Just wanted you to know that this channel is the hidden treasure of KZread. Thanks for what you do.

Thank you. I've read that "likes" are important when it comes to KZread rankings and wished more more people would do the thumbs up thing. Thank you to all that do:)
I have always wanted to see northern lights very bright and see hues of pink and green. I've seen justa tiny bit of green here in Finland, it was amazing, but so dim my camera didn't see it. I should take a trip to Lapland or Iceland for a bigger chance to see them. I like these painting videos. For me the intro is a bit too upbeat, I like the spinning knife. I tend to watch many videos in a row so if I was to fall asleep, that intro would wake me up.

EternalNyappy I live in a small town in north eastern Alberta, Canada and the northern lights are quite active up here throughout the year. If you’re really quiet, you can actually hear them almost humming when they move. It’s quite amazing!
I think the new intro is nice, and I have no problems with it, but I really think the spinning knife was perfect. The spinning knife made me feel relaxed before the video even started.

I live in north-eastern Alberta, Canada in a small town where there’s a fairly small amount of light pollution. My parents own a farm north of town and when I was living there you could see the northern lights quite well. Anytime you go to one of the many lakes in the area you can often times look up and there’re green and yellow and blue lights dancing around in the sky. If you’re really quiet, and listen closely enough, you can almost hear them humming anytime they move. It’s quite amazing!

Nice intro Love the rain n the background
Oh my goodness I never thought you could outdo your other videos, but this one is... I mean OMG, every aspect of this is magnificent and magical, and your voice and the rain background sound
watching tv is cognitive dissonance. i took up adult colouring, to help with depression and anxiety. i also have a damaged spine which forced my to stop working as a professional gardener. so doing colouring fills that void allowing me to be creative. it focuses the mind, and im learning new skills, of colours, layering, blending, shading etc. so it relaxes, stimulates, and creates new neural pathways. i sometimes use paints, and watercolour pencils, and ink pencils. its all good
So incredibly relaxing! I love how informative your videos are too, I feel like I always learn something new. Thank you!

That turned out very nice! 💕
I don't know why youtube takes so long to send me the notification that a new upload is out. Regardless, I'm loving these style of paintings! I used to paint them myself. A wintery, beautiful night sky in the forests ... stunning. I wish I could just lay outside and stare up at the stars, but the city light pollution is op :c Not to mention I'm blind as a bat lmao. The night sky is so blurry, but last summer when I had glasses, and I looked up at the sky in the country side ... It was so beautiful I almost cried. Honestly, glasses are a miracle. Without them you're missing out on so much detail in life, because life itself is just so amazingly stunning. Thank you for the memories, and the uploads ^-^

Hello sir. I'm a longtime viewer and have recently suffered a loss in the family... Is there anyway you would be willing to make a relaxing video on how to cope with loss, please? Or if I've missed it and you've already made the video would you be so kind as to link me? Loving the content as always. Thanks for making my day a bit better.
@RelaxingASMR
5 жыл бұрын
Hello. First of all...I am sorry for your loss. I can feel it in your comment that you are hurting. I don't have a specific video on this topic though I have touched on it I think in my cemetery video and in my dealing with depression video. Though I would never consider myself a counselor, and everyone's circumstances are different, but generally, I can say that day by day is usually the best any of us can do for a while after losing someone, and though it may be difficult, exposure to friends and family can be helpful, especially friends. My wife, who knows a fair number of folks through the group volunteer work she does with some other ladies, was just telling me that she was so happy to see a certain lady attend their group's scheduled lunch date recently. You see, the woman's husband passed away suddenly only days ago, decades before his time, after a normal day at work and right before her very eyes. It was good to see the lady trying to carry on because ultimately, that's all any of us can really do if we wish to remain engaged with others, for the sake of others who may need us to lean on. It's ok to be gentle with yourself, but keep moving ahead without becoming bogged down in a rut of self pity because that will only make things worse. Death is part of the human experience and though we all hope to pass away in our sleep at a ripe old age after having lived a wonderful life, the reality is that it just can't be like that. It is in these moments after a loss, that we grow as humans, in the fact that we are having to go through even the darkest hours of life, and like the comment I posted on KZread a mere hour ago under a music video by Boxer Rebeliion called "Here I am", it is these experiences of love, loss, and grief that are part of what makes us human, and sometimes life's most difficult times, can, in a special way, be some of life's most beautiful times, even when viewed through eyes clouded by tears. I'm not sure if I could ever adequately express in a video how any one person should deal with the loss of a loved one, and I may attempt such a video some day, but until then my friend, I hope this reply somehow helps and encourages you to see your circumstances and life in general, in a type of light that helps you.
