Water Buffalo: The Amazing Animal and Its Milk Cheese Benefits
Learn about why you should consider water buffalo products over conventional dairy on DrAxe.com here: draxe.com/low-fat-dairy/?utm_...
Have you ever tried buffalo mozzarella or milk? I’ve talked a number of times on my site about the dangers of conventional dairy. The pasteurization process that most conventional dairy products undergo destroys enzymes and probiotics and alters amino acids. Nearly all commercial milk is also homogenized, a process that oxidizes fats and creates free radicals. Buffalo products are one of the healthier alternatives to conventional milks and cheeses I choose to consume as a part of my balanced diet. Watch this video with Jordan Rubin at the Beyond Organic Ranch to learn more.

India and some other Asian countries are full of Water Buffalos.... And, yes, their milk is very tasty. I was very hesitant to try at first, but I tried it and it was very buttery and sweet..
They roll in the dirt or mud because it insulates them from insect bites and mud water keeps them cool in hot weather.
Buffalo milk is really delicious - I am enjoying my raw buffalo kefir daily!
You and Dr Axe must be making lots of money off these Buffalo and yaks because every day y'all spend time filming these wonderful creatures!
I love water buffalo. They are so great! I love the yogurt that is made with water buffalo milk. İt is the best yogurt in the world.👍
They may be Derty but they are very nice
2:26 BUF is very comparable, if not slightly better-tasting than the few brands I have managed to buy, which were imported from Italy. Sadly, the only place I've ever found BUF was in a Whole Foods. Trader Joe's used to carry a line of buffalo mozzarella..... but I think the company they dealt with got in trouble with the Italian government, so that was discontinued. Costco has buffalo mozzarella imported from Italy, but I think its seasonal - appearing mostly during the Fall-Winter holiday season. Sadly again, i'm not a Costco member - I only go when my relatives and friends drag me along and I have spare time. Buy online, from like Amazon, or something? Well, maybe for computer parts, fine.... but I don't really want to have to take off a day of work just to stay home and wait for the delivery.

The mozzarella di Bufala from Costco doesn’t taste the same as it does in Italy. In Italy … mozzarella is consumed the day it’s made. By the time it arrives here it loses its softness and flavor to be honest. This is why I’m trying to see how I can make it myself here in the states
Great video, thank you ❤
cows are being fed sugar cane in dry seasons here in India, can we have it?
God bless you too

Where can I find buffalo milk in TX? I drive a truck from TX to NY so if you can provide me with a list of states that offer it then I can probably pick some up. Buffalo milk is more filling, delicious and has more calcium than cow milk. Cow milk is only popular in the US because it's meat is used widely. In Punjab, India only buffalo milk is popular because we eat a hearty diet.
When I was back in India where more than 75% population consume buffalo milk...im missing it's taste in the US...where can I find buffalo milk in US...share Amazon link plz

I like organic farming and everything permaculture. Maybe it doesn't produce as much but we do traditionally eat too much of what we shouldn't eat.
