Fabulous location - I had to look that one up on a map. Another place added to the list - I'm going to need a month up there next time!

Thanks to your video, I found this place today :). The rain was pretty persistent all day, so the drone stayed in the bag, and I settled for a brew and a cake instead!

Thanks mate. It's nice up there and quite quiet compared with Surprise View and Ashness Bridge just down the same road.

@@StevieProton I nipped up to Surprise View again after tea, just before the sun went down and filmed that end of the lake, then drove back to Keswick and got that end. Even at 8pm the viewpoint was busy, as were people trying to take photos of the bridge.

Stunning video and the perfect music to go with it. Really loved it, amazing. Another to put on my to do list, haven't been that far up since I was a teenager.

I went there for the first time when I was about 10 on a school trip. I can't believe we went up in a coach. The road is barely wide enough for one car.
