bought my series se2 last month upgraded from series 3 a month later on watchos 10 no issues still at 100 percent battery health very fast and battery easly gets through a day

Ah, thank you! I experienced the same hang during “preparing” of the update. More annoying, the face stayed lit up at full daytime brightness when I went to bed, and I had to reboot the watch (Ultra 1 model) to make the light go off.

I had the same preparing on the iPhone whilst the watch rebooted… the updates were released today.

I was having an issue with just being able to see "Steps" and its now resolved. Finally, it was minor but I liked seeing it on the main face and its now finally fixed, yay!

Currently have 81% on my Series 5, 4 years now, I can not be more happy !

Three things I wish they would bring back. The old honeycomb app screen, it was iconic and practical. Seeing all there activity metrics on one screen instead of now having to scroll through three pages, horrible usability. And default face swiping instead of hiding it in the clock settings. Terrible changes.

The first 10.5 has been giving fantastic battery life on ultra 2 compared to 10.4 where I was getting random battery drains from 100 to 0 in about 4 hours

If I select some analog watch face and want to add a “Time” complication, a digital one, that complication simply doesn't update in Always On mode, meaning it essentially shows the time when the watch screen last lit up.

Is there a way to uninstall everything pride related on my devices?

They also fixed an issue where trying to control the volume of a 3rd party audio app playing on the iPhone (such as Pocket Casts or Overcast) from the watch was broken.

My Ultra gen 1 battery health is now 99% (noticed that back in March). And I am noticing I now no longer get a full 3 days of battery like I used to. Now I get about a day and a half before I really need to put it back on its charger.

My Series 9 battery life got killed by 10.4 (with 100% battery health) so I am hoping this fixes that

I’ve had my Ultra 2 since its release and still on 100% capacity. A full charge last 3 days, where the battery has dropped to 25% or there about’s. My previous watch was the 6 model, where the battery life wasn’t brilliant. Battery capacity dropped to 81% after 3 years, and I was having to charge it about every 36 hours or so. So the Ultra 2 is far superior. Responses are lighting fast. In its current performance and battery health, I doubt if I have got to worry about getting a replacement for at least 5 maybe 6 years. I am also using 17.5 RC 1 with no problems at all. I will install RC 2 on Friday, when I next need to recharge.

The barometers work it depends on which app you use for displaying the values. I'd suggest "Barometer - Weather logger" by ichiro. This works for me on the new RC and Apple Watch.

Ultra 2 here. I really hope they fix the raise to wake HUGE ANNOYANCE. I have aod off, so when I raise to wake the frame rate at which the screen wakes and brightens to my surroundings drops frames horribly.

Have they fixed the camera bug? When I open the camera app on the watch it opens on the phone but watch screen is black but still has all the camera controls and functions. So I can take the picture but don’t have a viewfinder and after I take the photo I can see the photo preview on the watch. iPhone 12PM and Ultra2 on 17.4/10.4

I hope they fix some of the darn bugs they brought into my series 6 with 10.4. Half the time when I click on a recent app, it opens something else. TOTALLY unacceptable and it wasn't an issue until the last public update. Battery life as been worse on version 10 too

I wish we could set a different watch face that would activate during wrist-down only.

I think I figured out the intense battery drop on iPad Pro M1 - Safari use over the other mobile web browsers drops the battery significantly even within one hour of use.

Need activity update. Also with some of the other features before iOS 10.

Remember when Apple said that developers should refrain from using "fixed bugs" in the update descriptions and they kept doing it themselves?

I hate that apple never gives us the full details on their updates. They have always been this way and maybe one day a class action lawsuit will happen to force them to be more transparent

If only they could fix the damn bug that happens when you get an iMessage on your phone. You read it on the phone but the notification still persists even if you go into the message app on the watch. I’ve fully updated both my iPhone 14 Pro with the latest OS and also my ultra watch has been updated. But still this notification bug still exists and only way to get rid of it is by restarting my watch.

Always pride, they’re not special they’re not magical. They’re not celebrities they’re just gay, but they get special treatment, how about we focus on all the customers

With the WatchOS 10.5 betas, I noticed that Apple changed the goals on the Exercise and Stand rings. The goal on the Exercise ring went down from 30 minutes to 25 minutes. The goal on the Stand ring went down from 12 hours to 7 hours. I wish there was the ability to delete the “pride” wallpapers on my iPhone, and “pride” watch faces on my Apple Watch Ultra!! I bought my Apple Watch Ultra in April 2023, my battery health is down to 98%.

Apple needs to step its game up in the fitness coaching. It’s all just data as of now. No way to check what the data means and how can one improve and take action on it. Garmin, Polar and Coros are way ahead in this department. Let’s see what WatchOS 11 brings to the table.
