I would love to see hairspring check (at 15:06) in some more details. Although I don't have the instrument you are using I'd love to learn more since I have fully serviced watch that can't keep up the time. I presume is a hairspring issue but have no way to check it.
I want that book! I wrote you several times, here and on email, but no answer :(

It is a word play. In german "Uhr" means watch
