The rap scene referenced 8 Mile (2002) with Eminem! It’s a really good movie. I think you would like it.

If you haven't seen them already, you gotta watch The Grudge, The Village & War of The Worlds to get the parodies Scary Movie 4, which is just as silly as this one! The Wayans aren't in this because they sold the franchise rights to the studio & when the studio butchered their script they quit the movie.

Those sequels, while not as good as the original, got a bit of a bad rap. George Carlin, on the other hand, is Evergreen and will always remain the Greatest Comedian of All-Time.

Did that happen with The Wayans Brothers? I know it happened with "In Living Color" (though the season that didn't involve the Wayans siblings [season 5] wasn't too bad. It still had Jim Carrey, David Alan Grier, Jamie Foxx, and Tommy Davidson on it).

I always forget Brenda's technically not in it that much because she's always what i think about. "Another little white girl done fell down a well" and "Cindy, the TV's leaking" are my favorite parts, followed closely by Kevin Hart and Anthony Anderson's "woke up dead" debate lol.

The teleprompter scene is easily one of the best scenes in the entire series imo. 😂

18:43 This is my favorite gag in the movie, both times it happens. It even has a technical name: The Texas Switch. In non-comedies, you can see it anytime the stunt person falls out of frame and then the star shows up in frame with their face clearly visible. Turns out the perfect way to make it a comedic scene is to shoot it from a wider angle and make it blatantly obvious exactly what happened. Also, the actor who plays George has an actual rap career. He goes by the name Dirt Nasty, and he's funny.

Fun fact, this movie was the first Scary Movie not made by the Wayans, instead it was made by the same people who did classic spoof films like Airplane and Naked Gun, which explains the different tone and the inclusion of Leslie Nielsen, later they also made Superhero Movie with Drake Bell which is also worth checking out.

I recommend watching: Haunted House because it was made by the wayan brothers.

Im so sad there wasnt a third yet, i need another one!!! Absolutely my favorite parody movies in the last decade.

The time has finally come at last! 🎉 I think 3 was honestly the funniest out of the scary movie franchise.

I love how Alex was actually worried for Cody getting run over at the end 😂😂😂

The line that stuck with me for all these years was "Without their heads, they're powerless" Also the gangsters that turn up to help against the aliens; that's the Wu Tang Clan (specifically, RZA, Raekwon, U-God and Method Man), as well as Macy Gray, Redman and Master P.

"I don't think I've ever seen a rap movie in my entire life" I recommend 8 Mile (which this movie was parodying with that) It's a solid movie

I saw this in theaters in 2003 when I was 14 and I loved it. My favorite quote is Tom. I’ll need a ride home.

I've always been in the camp that only the first two Scary Movies are any good. But let me tell you, over the years I've learnt that if you get juuuust the right amount of stoned, Scary Movie 3 is literally the funniest movie ever made. It is so fast paced and quick with the jokes and humour that it's probably my favourite parody movie to watch high.

Me personally this movie isn’t as funny as the first two or the 4th movie but when the offensive humor hits it hits lmao. My favorite moments is the Micheal Jackson joke and Brenda vs Samara (the ring reference). The movie started to get boring when they killed off Brenda halfway in the movie.

This movie made me scared of michael jackson for years i used to imagine him in my closet going “hee hee” i know that sounds stupid but it was a genuine fear of mine
